Welcome to The Liz Earle Wellbeing Show, the podcast helping all women have a better second half. I’m Liz Earle and, with so many of us living longer than ever before, I’m on a mission to help women thrive in later life by investing in our health and wellbeing today. This means picking up good habits in our 20s and 30s, navigating the changes that come in our 40s and 50s and fortifying our bodies with everything we need to stay fit, flexible, sharp and energised in our 60s, 70s and beyond.

    Sorry, can’t do it…
I really tried to like this podcast. I really wanted to. But the amount of misinformation and kowtowing to unproven and sometimes extreme “information“. And I’m sorry anybody who thinks they have a biological age of 35 in their mid 60s is just delusional.

    Dealing with anxiety w/out meds!
I am a big proponent of natural healing and as a functional health coach support women struggling with migraine pain and symptoms. Your podcast, How to Free Yourself from Anxiety, with Paul McKenna resonated so much with what I teach my clients in the FFM protocol ™…teaching them other ways to work through their anxiety without medication. A must listen for anyone with anxiety.

    Love the pod!
I randomly came upon this podcast after listening to some low carb podcasts. I really like that the topics are a nice mix of wellness and I have gone back to listen to older episodes. Liz’s voice and accent is very pleasing to the ears as well. Keep up the great work! :)

Liz is an incredible host! 🙌🏻
Liz and her incredibly knowledgeable guests talk all things health related, but it’s so much more than that! You’ll get tons of useful advice and tips you can use right away, but you’ll also get heaps of inspiration from knowlegable guests who genuinely want to help others. Thanks so much to Liz and her team for putting out such a spectacular show - keep up the great work!

    Thank you
Thank you for doing this podcast. I am listening from America and just love the focus on menopause and gut health and overall wellbeing. These are topics I have been trying to learn more about and struggle to find good information . This pod has lead me to other websites and podcasts and books to help me learn about being a woman in her 50s and know that I am not alone in some of my struggles. Deborah
