lindy luvs musicSo glad you are back!Missed you while you were taking a well deserved break. Anxious to hear your voices telling us more true crime stories. ❤️

Robbie Granite2 Clowns in a PodThese two podcast clowns have no clue how to fact-check. Take their reporting with a grain of salt—they’re not worth taking seriously.
-
JSTicoSophomoricIt’s like listening to an awkwardly read 5th grader’s report on a Wikipedia page, followed by brief, uninformed commentary that offers no original insight into the subject. Well intentioned, but ultimately it seems a disservice to the victims and survivors.

Kelly 4EOne of the BESTI’ve listened to A LOT of true crime podcasts and I’ve listened to this one for years, still one of the best. With 3 hosts they manage to get the ‘story’ across without inappropriate commentary, and the bloopers at the end still make me laugh, keep up the amazing work you guys 👏

Rock n anal all nightWikiIf you’d like to hear Wikipedia read to you, this is for you

JkhdsjnjncxTo the pointStraight and to the point true crime podcast. I enjoy listening!
-
BelbsClear storytelling with humor and personalityI love this podcast! It’s conversational without being overly chatty, and the crimes they cover are really interesting and the hosts find new details to share.
-
Stellastarr222HmmThey literally validate murder and have no problem saying so..
-
BeeCuzThatsWhyMeh and okReagan is the podcasts favorite president… 🧐 whaaaa? The asides are sometimes 🤪
-
QUEENZBEESHas its moments….A good Podcast.. however it’s a tad annoying hearing the “white privilege” narrative in several episodes.. let’s do better ladies.

Brandy MMFLGet to the point and tell the story! They screw around A lot and talk gibberish. I like to hear about the crime without a lot of jokes and side talk.

kyliebloomDisappointedI really do love the stories and the way you tell them but the way you bash law enforcement and push a political agenda that might not be everyone's bothers me! It's a podcast and everyone should be able to listen and not feel attacked bc of there morals or career choice which most ppl do go into first responder jobs bc they want to serve the public in a positive way! Please stick to the stories and leave the politics out im begging you! A lot of us come to podcasts to just relax not have more of this junk pushed on us! Other then that it's a great podcast I've recommend it more then once!

JUtah31Bigoted podcastContacted a few sponsors to let them know they’re sponsoring a bigoted podcast. Just woke and hateful people. Pass on this trash.
-
obfuscationThank youThank you for telling stories that need to be told, that so often we don’t hear.
-
veryunhappyas are othersLose the second voiceSecond person is annoying….interrupts the flow of the stories, opinions on what happened or state of mind of perpetrator not helpful to story and so called experience questionable. Silliness at the end of each episode is super annoying….reminiscent of 13 year olds! Please, please quit taping the stupid nonsense at the end of the episodes! Painful to listen to…shrill, ear shattering, just plan stupid!

Sobaka MommyLove love loveI'm so disappointed that it took me so long to listen but so glad that I finally have😊
-
Jamie_LynnetteLove it!This podcast is great! I love the chemistry between hosts, and the out-takes let me know you’re my people, lol. Thank you for covering cases and social injustices that aren’t all over the media. The hosts do great research and touch on a wide range of subjects. I look forward to listening every week.
-
Dani KregearAmazingI absolutely love this podcast. Don’t listen to the haters- you all are doing amazing! Don’t change a thing. I know a lot of murder podcasts struggle with how to end the show. The bloopers are by far the best palate cleanser ever. They have me belly laughing nearly every time! Love the podcast and love you three!
-
J3di7Any EpisodeI just started listening and I already like this podcast! I like their integrity Re: show content and their honesty with their audience as they mature into a spectacular podcast!
-
SashaAndDaisyI don’t care what anyone says…Josh is alright! I just found the podcast recently when searching for someone with updates to the recent serial killings in the greater Portland area. I’ve caught up on a lot of episodes and am waiting for Josh’s Wet Dynamite podcast 😂 I’m not super into the bloopers at the end, but that’s not their problem. The team seems to put a lot into what they do, and I appreciate the way they tell the stories. Even Josh! And I don’t typically love listening to men on a podcast… Thank you!!

SallyEvianPodcast or ...This was more like listening to someone speed through reading a report in front of the class than a podcast. If you are just going to read a manuscript - SLOW it down and maybe look up from the page now and then to make some attempt to connect with the audience. We cant see the podcaster so even more reason for them not to sound like an AUTOMATON. MITR was actually fascinating but was very hard to follow because it was not at all engaging. I'd like to see the print version or listen to someone tell the stories who has done the work and wasnt 100 percet reliant on merely rambling off what was written in front of them.
-
martinbcmiobnoxious endingStop the disgusting blooper ending to the podcast. It certainly gives the reader a different view of your intelligence.
-
BurntMatchstickWowJust read some because I couldn’t understand your overall low rating. People are so sensitive. Perhaps you should offer a tutorial on how to use the FF button?? 😆Keep on keepin on.
-
Jen from WyomingLOVEI enjoy the way the stories are told, clear, concise and the added commentary is a nice touch. The bloopers are so funny, I feel like I’ve known them forever which sounds weird when I think about it but here we are. Love these cool cats!! Awesome podcast!
-
Koolaid guyEntitledThe latest episode “Giving up is too boring” just bothered me. The entitlement to think that Marriott should respond to some podcast host just because she emailed is ridiculous. It makes the issue about them instead of about the victim’s mother. If you really cared, you would be more upset about them not reaching out to the mother instead of not responding to your email. It’s got weird white knight vibes to it.
-
AvstelugaTried to stick with itAnother true crime podcast that can’t keep politics out of it. Early episodes were good and then it slowly but surely crossed the line into shoving politics and personal beliefs down your throat.
-
Review247Come for the crime, stay for the bloopersI love the focus on PNW based crime! This podcast feels like you’re sitting down with your best friends. Alisha and Emily are not afraid to share their thoughts and are passionate about their cases. I’m a long-time Patreon supporter and definitely recommend!
-
TrueCrimePodcastFanAlmost greatI love the stories told by Emily and Alisha. They both make you feel like they are talking to you. I just can’t get into the stories told by Josh. He sounds like he is reading from a script, with many awkward pauses. My mind wanders. I end up not finishing the episode. I tried really hard this week and finally realized what one of the issues is. The sentences in his stories are too long, with many clauses, and that causes the monotone voice and awkward pauses. I think if he would break down his sentences into shorter sentences, the story would flow better and sound more like everyday speech. And be more interesting to listen to. Josh is quite animated when talking to Emily and Alisha. His personality, however, does not come through in his story telling.

Naynay455Had to unfollow on principleI love Oregon and Portland and I think this podcast is pretty good. But months after hearing the comment about not reporting a drunk driver I am still bothered by this comment. I have even been charged with a dui 8 years ago and I cringe at the thought that I risked other peoples lives with my carelessness. I am of mixed race as well. No hard feelings to the hosts but I strongly disagree with that decision. What if you didn’t resort them and they went on to drive intoxicated and killed someone’s? Or a whole family? Or a child? Those lives are more important than the hypothetical repercussions you imagine.
-
MepetreyI used to love this podcastI once loved this podcast, but they are no longer a true crime podcast. Too much anti religion and political agenda. I had hoped it was a one off and tried to skip those episodes, but it is every show. I have decided to unfollow. The early shows are pretty good though!
-
EpidemicHilaryCome for the murder, Stay for the bloopersThis podcast is such a delight. The three work together so well and have good chemistry. They tell these stories with compassion and care while balancing humor. So if you’re a dirtbag like me, strap in and start from the beginning.

-.-.-.unsubscribing.-.-.-Unfollowing…I have listened to this podcast for years, and appreciated the research done to bring PNW stories to light. I have not always agreed with the hosts perspectives, (and always shut it off when it gets to the mostly unfunny and obnoxious bloopers,) but feel an adult should listen to other viewpoints and respect the rights of others to bring their own opinions to the table. One thing I do appreciate is tolerance, which the hosts of this show say they hold as a value. Sometimes they would have some leakage, and their biases would peek through, but the show I just listened to was over the top intolerant. It is okay to not be a religious person, but very hypocritical to go on a hate filled rant about how wrong ANY religion is. For this reason, I am unsubscribing, as I am sure a few others are, and will never again recommend this podcast to friends.

Europa58Love this podcastI really enjoy the podcast. I started from the beginning and working my way forward. Details in some episodes are a bit hard to take, but overall, I enjoy it. Skimming through reviews, I found most of the 1 stars entertaining, especially those offended by “wokeness”, which is basically just being a decent human being.

Catcat72Don't bash others' beliefsI was really enjoying your podcast until yesterday when you went on a rant about organized religion and basically religion as a whole. You are an entertainer, so you would think you would be smarter than to be that condescending and rude about something that so many people hold dear. I am all about everyone's right to believe what they want but you were more than opinionated. You were rude and ignorant and downright hateful. You said you wouldn't say those things to a friend's face and yet you spouted endless vitriol on this podcast which is listened to by so many. Hopefully after yesterday it will be less. There are way too many choices for podcasts to have to listen to someone who doesn't know how to be kind about others' beliefs while claiming that those beliefs are why the world is unkind. I think a lack of consideration is why the world is unkind and you just proved that. So I will be moving along.
-
GamereviewnameLost me on this oneSo disappointed, I loved your podcast until this one. Please cover cases where good, honest officers are murdered as well. There are bad apples in every single category of humans, including officers. These stories put targets on more honest officers’ backs.

JJPasadenaa ‘must follow’ podcastThis is a fantastic podcast. Well written, researched, they actually interview ppl, high production quality. i could go on and on but all I’ll say is try it…i think you’ll follow. p.s. found this by total chance. I’m a native PNW’er living in the Northeast and so I was just looking for podcasts based on home when I found this. I’m really glad that I did despite the extremely sad cases and different accounts.
-
turbojen2Love these hosts and bloopers are greatI really enjoy this podcast and the bloopers are quite amusing. I appreciate the perspective of someone who had worked with troubled kids and really appreciate that there are no political opinions. I have no idea how they stand on political issues and that is refreshing
-
Ann_1663Great except the length of the bloopersI really like this podcast except the 5 minutes of blooper real at the end. Super obnoxious for it to be that long.
-

RMJYHOOYou all rock! Thanks for talking about true history! We here about making America great again. Oh please! Make it better and learn from our past. Eugene Oregon

writnkitten69 Handlebar Mustaches!I lived in the PNW, specifically the suburbs surrounding Portland, for four years during some peak true crime activity. (Shout out to Beaverton, Aloha, Rock Creek, and the 1980 eruption of Mount St. Helens.) At the time, I was too young to understand crime-y things, but now it’s interesting to listen to a pod that focuses on familiar areas. That was my initial hook, but what kept me listening is the genuine compassion with which terrible topics are discussed. Plus, the bloopers at the end are “chef’s kiss”.
-
ddcharlrs89My favorite Murder Mystery podcast!I found you guys from a Tik Tok Emily posted about a year and a half ago and I’ve been hooked ever since! I am currently in my 3rd round of listening to every episode again from “Dig Me Up” to the latest episode of the week.
-
button snailThank you!!I live in Eugene and lived in Portland many years Ago in college. I love the coverage of the pnw thank you, also thank you so much for the much needed attention to the native community that is completely ignored! I am a women who has been victimized by a person who was supposed to serve and protect. When I voiced this with much trepidation to my mother who is hella cool and normally always on my side she informed me he would never….months later I saw him on the news and Called her to turn on channel whatever to hear all the charges being brought against him and said you believe me now! My brother is a federal officer on the east coast and he’s a good one and I do have faith that most do serve to protect but it bring me some comfort to hear your podcast and I always believe someone when they confide something of a dark nature xoxo
-
Lee_Lee92Love you then, love you nowI’ve loved your show for over a year now and I know we’d be friends in real life. I haven’t yet signed up for the Patreon (I’m poor poor) but I have always intended to. I look forward to that even more now after hearing recent Patreon episodes. The Patreon bloopers seem to be even more expletive-filled and inappropriate and I mean that in the best of ways. Keep up the awesomeness. Thank you for helping me get through the worst year of my life!
-
AnyankaAngelLong time listenerJust heard your latest episode about the murder in Burbank, also my hometown, and was thrilled to hear that Josh is a fellow bulldog ♥️ I’m a third generation, my grandfather was the first and helped build the big B on the hillside…you always bring me happiness, now I’m sending back much love to help in healing! TacticalbureauHorrible PeopleFirst of all don’t waste your time thinking this is a “true crime” podcast. Much of the information they spew out is just factually incorrect. The biggest problem here though is the hatred, bigotry, and political “woke” agenda by two very egocentric attention seeking misguided kids. They’re constant degrading remarks about men, the military & law enforcement are not just disgusting to the listeners but it’s embarrassing to hear someone so ignorant on the facts that refuses to see anything other than their own lies. They’re constantly spewing lies about racial injustices that just are flat out false with sources that are laughable at best and full of lies. Just a couple of examples of this insanity are in an episode about the green river killer and a comment about military men being murderers, then in another episode one of the girls goes as far to say they always call and report drunk drivers but elect not to call the police when the drunk driver is latino or black etc, stating the rationale is the police would kill the driver on the traffic stop. Can’t make up the level of stupidity and ignorance from these woke racist girls spewing their ignorance out over a podcast. Definitely plenty of other podcasts to listen to that are actually true crime podcasts.
