This is a great podcast that offers charitable and fair critiques of other views and explains things well.

I look forward to each podcast because I learn so much about what the bible is saying in its context, and not filtered thru a man- made theology. Thank you for your podcasts!

Great episode! Thank you for encouraging great discernment when reading certain authors. Yes we all need to be careful in cutting across the board. Only problem would be the young/newer in the faith who fall prey to some of the authors you mentioned and don’t have the wisdom yet. They get captivated and it’s hard to convince them to turn back from that teaching.

These guys are a breath of fresh air. Theologically sound, unpretentious, funny. Their thinking on theological triage is among the most careful and principled I’ve encountered. I genuinely thank God for Jeremy & Kenn!

Do Theology is (content wise) a terrific podcast and I commend the guys for their hard work. But it can be painful to listen to two people who both seem to be introverts speak on these topics. What should be, ultimately interesting, engaging and even challenging topics, end up being churned into a somewhat boring, slow monotone of beige. But, I listen because they hit on topics no one else is, they care about the body, they care about helping us “do theology”, and they are brave in a culture full of cowards. They are great examples of practicing disagreement without sinning. The Abendroth interview was terrific and I hope they get many more guests to interview and encourage the body. The Do Theology podcast is worth a listen, if you’re an extrovert it will, at the very least, teach you to slow down.

I Am currently discerning a new Church home due to Modernism infiltration of my lifelong church - so I’m currently exploring different denominations . But was getting in the weeds with every little last bit of theology minutiae. This chart and these guys really helped me get out of the weeds and open my heart even wider!!!!!! I really think the chart can help all Christians really practice good sound ecumenism. Not a false “kumbaya” ecumenism. Praise be to God!!!!

I strongly recommend this podcast! I have actually listened to every episode of “Do Theology”. (Some of them multiple times) The primary, secondary, and doubtful things podcasts referencing the sheet that Jeremy put together has been extremely helpful not only for myself but also when trying to minister to others. The way these two guys talk about things... it’s like a great conversation in someone’s living room that you don’t want to end. They are so down to earth. Many times they give us insight into how their views have grown and morphed as they have studied the word of God. I find them informative, funny, and very real. (Plus I love baseball as well... which is mentioned infrequently... but my team is the most pathetic, Mariners) I listen to a lot of podcasts, A LOT of them. You wish that someone would put a premillenial dispensational podcast that isn't just preaching. Look for further. Kenn and Jeremy bring the humor, doctrine, and real world expreience to your ears as they Do Theology.

Thankful for a podcast that has brought substance to the once arbitrary and subjective assertions regarding the importance of various doctrines. Though I only regularly glean from the podcast while in the office, Do Theology is definitely worth a second listen in order to get grounded in its helpful content. I only wish I had the chart when I first came to understand the wonderful doctrines of grace, a beautiful topic that only sparked civil wars at family gatherings. Looking forward to more of Season Two! Thank you, brothers!

It's so helpful to understand the biblical differences between primary and secondary doctrines. It changes how you approach all these discussions. The Biblical approach is key, when most approach this topic philosophically rather than biblically. Overall, these two guys are really smart and helpful. Especially the bald one.
