    LOVE
This podcast has encouraged me to seek out therapy after having bad experiences with it in the past. I realized through this podcast that I just wasn’t with the right therapist for me and now I’m on my journey to get help for my anxiety and depression. I am sooo excited for season 2!

    So Relatable
Micheline and Nadia humanize what it means to be a therapist. By sharing their own struggles and experiences, it normalizes the fact that therapists are humans too. Their guests are amazing and I learn something in every episode.

It is one of the new highlights of my week to get to hear you both discuss with your guests and yourselves the mental health issues we all have. Amazing, show stopping, never seen done before
They are the best. Listening to interviews and just Nadia and Micheline talk to each other make you feel heard and understood. I think one of the best steps towards your own self help and care is knowing that you’re not alone and that there are so many other experiences and resources to guide you!

I am them, they are me.
When I was going through a really hard time working in a toxic job and was burnt out beyond belief, intrusive thoughts overtook my mind. I didn't understand how normal they were until now. I wish I had known then because I thought I was losing my mind. It took me 7-8 months to recover from severe burn out and lots of inner work/therapy to realize that it was plain ol' anxiety/intrusive thoughts. Hearing about two therapist who struggle with anxiety say some of the intrusive thoughts I've had is SO validating. I am so glad they are talking about this because they can sound really "crazy" but we all have them, they're just not talked about as much so they hold a stigma. Thank you for this podcast. Thank you for this episode most of all. Thank you for making me feel like I'm not alone. --Laura aka @traveljerzgirl

    Amazing!
So validating to hear their experiences with anxiety as therapists, and then so useful to learn some tips of how to deal with it! As someone who sometimes struggles with anxiety masking as “overthinking” or “thinking the right amount because no one else is,” this is so useful.
  • art_alo
    This amazing
I started following on Instagram, because I have a 13 year old with anxiety and want to learn more.
  • yusraobaid
This is so great and relatable
Both of you stories and experiences resonated with me, Micheline your videos always talk about things I am experiencing and they have helped me seek help with my anxiety because like you said a lot of mental health therapy has to do with talking and listening to others that are having similar struggles so you don’t feel like your alone with this and at times they give you words to describe things you experience or feel but can’t describe. I am so proud of you friend and am so grateful that our paths crossed back in Syria!
