I’ve listened to other podcasts (well…tried to) about commercial real estate because, as a residential real estate agent, I want to know as much as I can. Many of my residential clients are also investors and the more knowledge I have about their entire situation, the better I can serve them on the residential side. It’s hard to find commercial RE podcasts that keep my attention, delivers the message in a way that can be easily understood AND that isn’t put on just to boost the podcaster’s ego. Bo & Timmy are so smart, so kind & just stinkin’ hilarious. I would’ve never imagined myself listening to commercial RE shows and even re-listening to many. Y’all deliver so much value and I’m usually driving while listening so I can’t take notes. 😂 Because of this show alone, I’m strongly considering going through the CCIM course. I know for a fact that your guest this week Mark Cypert had all of those songs on CDs in his house during the mid 90s. My dad sent our family group chat the link, it was a good listen thanks for interviewing him so we all could learn some about his business dealings.

As a host on this podcast who didn’t know a thing about Commercial Real Estate or investing, (like literally, I didn’t even know what a CRE broker was) I now have a foundational understanding on how it all works. From tax benefits to underwriting, CRE terms and the skills needed to make a profit while mitigating risk, I’ve learned that CRE is more than math, money, land and buildings. It’s an art. I’m a rookie in the CRE business and after listening to many episodes I found myself having a good direction on what to work on and how to be a resourceful professional until I collect the years of experience. You guys touch on subjects that are relevant, and help me leverage my current skills even thought I’m new. I’ve heard of Bo before joining his CCIM class by fellow CCIM students that recommended him as an instructor and I’m happy I got to attend and learn from him (and Francisco). #nohateforukrainiancriminals ;) These podcasts are gold! Great mix of humor and content

Great show. Funny and very educational/practical. Been working in CRE for 10+ years, and just got turned onto this podcast after taking my first CCIM class in June…and now slowly working my way thru the whole back catalog of episodes! Keep up the great work gents!
