There are a surprising number of great MotoGP podcasts and this is among the very best. I started reading Matt Oxley’s books and articles long before I even listened to any podcasts, and having his insight, humor and character in voice makes his content even better. I follow Peter Bom on Facebook. I’m a technical person and he doesn’t dumb things down too much and really brings us a taste of what all the others in the pit box really do. I also like hearing how the technical staff interpret the rider performance and interact with different talents differently. This is an excellent pod for fans who want the deeper dives.

Super knowledgeable insight from two guys who have been in it and know everyone and everything about the sport. Great to hear from a guy who has raced around these tracks and lived the history of motorcycle racing at the highest level or engineered on the fastest bikes in the world. Their laid back delivery has the feel of talking motorcycles at the pub. Highly recommend.

Good day. I love your show and the unique insight you both have into MotoGP. I listen to all of your podcasts and look forward to the next episode. Don’t worry about the pods running too long. I don’t know about others, but I listen to the podcasts when I am doing something else, like driving or doing chores around the house. I often listen for a bit, pause, and then pick up later. It’s not like I need to listen to a podcast from beginning to end in one sitting. One of the things I really like about your podcast is the in-depth conversations you have on a range of subjects. Many of them are technical, which I love. I can’t stand other shows that try to predict the future or spend too much time talking about a past race and who finished where. I watch the races and don’t need someone to tell me how someone finished. I want to know the reason why a rider was fast or slow. Thanks for the entertainment. This is hands down the best podcast about MotoGP. Forthright information from guys who have done the work. No speculative nonsense, just real direct discussions and professional knowledge shared. My only wish is that the episodes were longer, much longer.

Mat offers an old school racing perspective with respect to the racers mind and ties it into how and why the bikes and riders are different now. Peter adds a perfect amount of technical discussion that explains team decisions or in race problems that make you understand the “inside the paddock” life.

I was happy to find this one as I was not able to suffer through any more episodes put on by a couple of other podcasters…..these two have solid knowledge and I like the personality of the pod. I’m looking forward to upcoming shows. Motogpgl

I am so happy I stumbled upon this pod. It is by far the best non-racing MotoGP content you can find. Mat and Peter are spectacular, their knowledge, insight, and story telling is second to none.

Simply put Mat is the best Authority on MotoGP going today. Love his writing and I love this podcast.

What I like about this new podcast is that I feel the excitement in their voices. Very down to earth.

I’ve been waiting for Oxley to start a Pod for awhile now. To have Bon along as well is a huge bonus. They’re both extremely knowledgeable and offer great insight as to what’s really going on in todays MotoGP Circus. 5/5 will recommend. Thanks Mat and Peter!!
