HeHe is a powerhouse who helps birthing people and their families UNDERSTAND ALL THEIR OPTIONS which is really what makes the difference in feeling great about your birth and postpartum experience or not!!!

I literally love this podcast but unfortunately I have to knock a star off because some of the guests, specifically guest in episode 202, are eating/sucking on something while talking and it makes it incredibly hard to get through listening to the episode. Episode 202 is really really important content and unfortunately I literally cannot get past the guest sucking on blueberries which is a huge bummer! Otherwise this content is amazing.

Thank you for taking the time to make each and every episode! So reassuring that I am not alone to figure out this crazy journey!

Even though I don’t have kids of my own I really enjoyed being on HeHes podcast and I even found a few episodes were still very relevant to my life! I highly recommend giving the podcast a listen, there’s so much variety and amazing advice.

There is SO much missing info that women do not receive regarding pregnancy and postpartum and HeHe is trying to spread the knowledge to EVERYONE. It is truly a heart project for her to help these mommas and a great podcast!!!

Every Friday Free Talk is like "how to simplify your life in these 5 easy steps". Trying to boil down pregnancy, parenthood, postpartum depression, anxiety, finding a village, finding a doula etc. to a list of steps is not only unrealistic but also super demeaning. You could follow the steps and still be in the same place emotionally, physically, etc. and feel like a failure or you could follow your own path and learn from yourself.

TBH podcast is a must-listen! I’m constantly being educated while listening. Every episode is so unique. It feels like I’m sitting and talking to a close friend. HeHe is incredible!

I found to discussions to be very appropriate and easy flowing. I also wished that I had the access to all this great information when I was pregnant. HEHE is super smart and engaging. She is on point on what should be discussed without shame or embarrassment on sensitive topics. LOVE THIS TTPODCAST SO MUCH!!

As a fellow (new) doula, I love that this podcast covers an array of so many topics. Everything from before birth, during, and postpartum have been covered with a great variety of subjects in between. It’s always nice hearing other birth workers experiences and insights.
