Not a good show. I tried it after hearing him on Savage Love. I did not like it. The host should remember other people are listening, so not waste time: this show needs some structure. I’m not interested in listening to people talk aimlessly. He could also control his vocal fry, it’s unpleasant. He should also not ask guests to introduce themselves, that is rude. He is the host, so he should take the time and thought to introduce his guest. I see little of merit here.

I absolutely loved the episode with Jeff and Libby who talked about eating disorders. I’m so glad there’s help out there in the world and she sounds like she really knows that she’s talking about.

The latest episode with Libby was great. Very informative and I hope a lot of people hear her story and message to get themselves in a better place.

I just completed a road trip from WA to San Diego following the break up from a 10 year long relationship. I stumbled upon TherapyJeff on Facebook and thought it was delightful and went ahead and downloaded ALL the podcasts to keep me occupied during the long drive— the conversations were engaging, the topics and guests were so diverse and thoughtful, I laughed a lot- felt a lot- and just really enjoyed it. Thank you, Jeff, and all your guests for making this girls breakup roadtrip enjoyable!

Jeff has so many insights and practical pieces of advice when it comes to relationships. I love how vulnerable him and his guests are. You always leave feeling like you learned something.

I love listening to this and hearing different perspectives on all kinds of issues. I also like be ing challenged by the topics of the the shows with the different guests. As a newly dating 30 something this has helped me to face the insecurities and just go with it.

It’s one of my favorites. Lots of laughs through difficult topics and uncomfortable feelings. I appreciate Jeff and his guests’ vulnerability and honesty. “5 stars for this cutie”.

I hate how Jeff says the word “experience.” But I love Jeff’s candor + straightforwardness. And the guests are generally very good.

Jeff is funny and super down to earth. I love that he is dipping into other categories in the supra-natural and astrological world!

I’m not a huge fan of podcasts with a different guest each time. I love Therapy Jeff and when he share his knowledge / anecdote, but not every guest is interesting. I don’t get any dating advice from the interviews, it’s more just learning about how other people’s relationships have gone. Wish there was more consistency in what we should expect to get out of each episode.

Therapy Jeff is refreshing and enlightening. I so enjoy his content and open honest perspective on relationships and life challenges.

Jeff, I’d love you to have a conversation with Professor Scott Galloway from PIVOT. Your spot on with the male toxic traits from the 80’s & 90’s that healthy emotional women are turned OFF by! It’s part of what I believe is leaving men alone and unaware of how to evolve and break out of that generational male behavior leaving these men behind.

Love me some therapy Jeff! He’s devilishly handsome, emotionally evolved, and has the insights and voice of an archangel. Highly recommend this podcast, and cannot wait for his book to drop.

I enjoy listening to your show. I feel like it's more enjoyable when we get to listen to the episode without your detailed summary up front. It takes some of the fun out of it when you explain what you asked, what they said and etc etc, before the episode starts. Not sure if there is a purpose to the detailed preview, but it doesn't benefit my ears at all. It could prompt me to skip an episode.
