    Great podcast!
As a pastor who has listened to jazz for many years, I enjoy this podcast! I think the Vince Guaraldi at Grace Cathedral and Duke Ellington sacred jazz concerts were cutting edge at the time they were brought together.

    Great resource!
I am currently a doctoral student researching the interplay between theology and musical improvisation. In this field, you either have theologians (who are not musicians) thinking about music, or musicians (who are not theologians) thinking about theology, but there’s always a lacuna in their thinking because of the lack of experiential knowledge. When I came across this resource I could not believe how fitting it was! The fact that it connects professional musicians with Fr. Doren gives it a new and complete perspective. Keep it up!
