    Can’t Listen
I used to listen every week because I’m a huge Disney nerd and a former CP. A few weeks ago Lin made a comment that was extremely racist and put a really bad taste in my mouth. I don’t think it was coming from a place of fear or hatred, but it was completely tone deaf and not okay. We must all educate ourselves so we can become better people and better allies.

    Again
Listen to the show every week. Like that you guys don’t sugar coat everything disney. One comment: “Again,” “Then again,” “But again,” “and again”.

Question - But always Loved the P- Cast
Sorry, I don’t know how to send you a question, but how does the physical size of Epic Universe compare to EPCOT or Animal Kingdom?

    Should be renamed Disney Dump
Two grumpy old men pontificate and complain about Disney (meanwhile Len uses the company to make his salary with Touring Plans). Other theme parks can do no wrong. As an example in a recent episode a survey done by Universal about the monster make-up dives into how much a customer would pay. They applaud the survey for its excellent questions. If Disney had sent the same one they would’ve have bashed it for trying milk every dime out of a customer. It’s really tired. Yes it’s expensive but so is every other theme park. Same episode Jim stammers his support for young families to take their kids to Legoland instead of Disney. I’m officially done with this podcast cause it’s clear what was once an easy and mindless listen has become an agenda for them.

    Shut up, Jim.
Half of this show is great. The other half is Jim Hill reading Wikipedia verbatim and trying to act like it’s info he has in his head. You can literally pull up Wikipedia whenever he starts pontificating as if he’s a scholar and follow along as he rips his info from the most dubious source on the internet. The man has no clue what he’s talking about most times, just good at line reading. Len is great though.

    Negative Nellys
I appreciate the honest takes about Disney Parks. But sometimes it’s get too negative. It sounds like they are licking their lips and rubbing the hands with grins like the Donkey keeper on Pleasure Island whilst talking about any rumors of malfunctions on the new Tiana attraction. I keep waiting for Mr. Hill to end the show singing, “You poor unfortunate souls….”!

    Fell asleep during an ad
I’m sure it’s another good Disney podcast, but it kind of drones on and on in monotone and gets boring when you start thinking about stuff as they keep monologuing.

    Simply the best
My absolute favorite “all things Disney” podcast. Love the data-driven discussions, as I’m an economist myself! Len and Jim are incredibly knowledgeable and keep us updated on everything that’s changing - and there’s a lot of that going on!

    Hurts my ears
These two do not have voices for podcasts. Jim Hill in particular sounds like a bad preschool teacher. Very clickbait episode titles too. They might talk about the “main topic” for two minutes of a 45 minute episode.

    Great podcast
This is one of the most informative and fun Disney podcasts I have ever heard. I look forward to a new episode every week. I wish these guys would write a book about all of the stories and back stories of the parks and attractions that they talk about. So informative.

Stopped listening when Jim Shull showed up
Garbage person who hates everything he didn’t touch. He’s annoying and entitled. Get him off the show!

    Informative, cheesy, fun
As a current CM, I thoroughly enjoy this podcast! It gives me tons of great detail, depth and history on so many different aspects of TWDC. It’s been really fun learning more about this company I love and work for, and it’s made me a hit at the water cooler with all my newfound fun facts!

    Len stopped talking politics
Upping my review to 4 stars because Len has stopped talking about FL politics. This is a very informative podcast with lots of insider insight you can’t get anywhere else.

    Good Insider Info
I really do enjoy the content and insider information the show produces. However, I am extremely distracted by the amount of times Jim says “you know” and it takes me out of the experience every time as I end up counting how many times he says it.

Informative and funny, how could U go wrong?
I’ve learned so much about the history of Disney from this dynamic duo. They are so fun to listen to. They could teach a history class and you would not get bored, unlike some of the teachers I’ve had. Their camaraderie and candor keeps me coming back for me. And where can we get our hands on some Hank Lonely merch? Discovered this podcast thanks to Hank’s appearance on the DCL Duo podcast. You never know what these guys are gonna say to start the ball rolling at the beginning of each episode.

    Disney History Buffs
I enjoy listening to this show. There is Disney history told along with current events and news. The jokes and personalities of Jim and Len make it my favorite podcast to listen to each week.

    Great Disney Podcast
The host do a great job of bringing an objective view of Disney.

    Jollywood Nignts episode
I love the endings to your shows where you give random things to do across the country. I won’t be attending the Black Hills Dance festival but I live in Rapid City, SD and it warms my heart to hear those things. BTW it’s a 45 minute drive for that 5 cent cup of coffee in Wall Drug from Rapid City. I would suggest you have that coffee with a chocolate cake donut. Well worth the drive then.

    Loving the background sounds
While I came to this show for Jim and Len ’s wonderful stories, I stayed for the background noise. Whether it’s a cat fight in an alley, a lost doordasher asking for directions, or someone listening to a home video of Tucson High Schools class of 1989’s theater production of Young Frankenstein, every show is a delight and I look forward to them every week. What a wonderful show!

    Love this show!
I found the Disney Dish podcast about a year ago and just love how Jim and Len combine a love for theme parks with a love for data. (Be still my heart!) I haven't missed an episode since I started listening! I just finished the episode about why Hong Kong Disneyland doesn't have a Peter Pan Flight ride (ep 448) - which was great - and would love to hear more stories about Hong Kong Disneyland. It's a beautiful park with a unique history but it often gets overlooked by its larger sister parks around the world. Thanks for the great show!

    Informative! Too much background noise…
Jim and Len do a good job presenting a fun and informative podcast. I personally find it difficult to finish episodes sometimes because of all the background noise on Len’s side: tables being set, sirens, construction, and cat fights are some of the detractors that have been recorded in the ten or so episodes I’ve listened to so far.

    Podcast download issues
I don’t know what’s happened to your podcasts on Apple Podcasts, but I have not been able to download and listen to any new recording since the beginning of August 2023. The show is there to download, it just won’t. All other podcasts I listen to are just fine. I’m not sure the reason, but I’d love to be able to listen to them on this platform once again.

    Interesting and Fun!
This podcast makes my Monday commute so much more fun. I enjoy the news, stories, and particularly, the reports on new patents. This isn’t a “how to plan your WDW trip” podcast (altho you can do no better than planning with Touring Plans and the Unofficial Touring Guide)—it’s insightful commentary, humor, and good storytelling.
  • paulames
Years long listener, first time rater
This is my favorite podcast series. From the Disney news to animation to Marvel to Lucas, each topic is covered with fun and knowledge by Jim Hill and company. This is a very talented group. I encourage any fan of the above to give it a listen.

    Lovely Guest Josh Gad
Such a treat to get some of Josh Gas’s views on Disney projects!! I love him in everything he’s in. Of course I miss Len, would love to get all 3 in one podcast in the future.

    Love it!
Not many people can say a highlight of the week is the commute to work Monday morning. Mine is, thanks to Len and Jim!

    Too political!
I’ve been very patient with Len’s heavily left-leaning political gloating, but I think I’m done. Stick to the entertaining and informative in-park Disney news — it’s what kept me here for over a year.
  • GoofyMike052014
Podcast is nothing but a left wing political arm
Stopped listening. These guys are too political in their disdain for DeSantis and anything that doesn’t fit their liberal minded and one sided view. I came to hear about Disney news and get some laughs, but I have to sit through an entire dissertation on how Florida is terrible, and Disney is the greatest company on earth. Len, just move out if that’s how you truly feel about Florida go back to New York where your views are more aligned.Pathetic. You just lost a listener.

    Too much Liberal Politics
I have listened for at least 5 years and no more……Too much Liberal Politica for me……..Jim is fine. Len has become a jerk Iberia or has always been and just hid it. Go woke and go broke……

Disney Fan? You Need To Listen!
I love listening to podcasts about Disney- so much so that I can’t always keep up. I make sure to keep up with this one! Jim and Len provide great information about what’s happening at the Disney theme parks and The Walt Disney Company in general for the first half of the show, and the second half of the show does deep dives into the history of the parks and resorts and the attractions found there. Jim and Len have a great rapport; the shows feel less like a scripted show and more like a conversation between to guys who really, REALLY know what’s happening behind the scenes. Give it a listen!

There is an increasing number of really awful Disnsy podcasts out there… Thanks for being Club Level. You two bring the Disney goods every week and do it with both humor and integrity.

Their voices draw you in, their content keeps you there
I love both Jim and Len's voices! So lovely! Jim knows the history and the current state of Disney, Len knows the numbers. It is a fantastic combination. Happy Schmursday Gentlemen! Looking forward to many more podcast epirsodes! Truly, Tracy

    A Weekly Must for WDWatchers
The Disney Dish is an absolute must for Disney news junkies and history aficionados. The hosts are incredibly knowledgeable and they are appropriately critical — neither delusional in their optimism nor exhausting in their pessimism. They share historical facts and current insights that I don’t read /hear anywhere else. (Check out the recent episode on the leadership change at the company to see what I mean.) Finally, they really seem to like their jobs — and listeners.
