Despite the 1 star review from Andrew's bestest buddy in Houston, this podcast is fantastic for people that understand words. AG is fantastic. I don't know why someone would listen to a law podcast without knowledge of how words work. 1 star is for anger. I give Ben Shapiro a 2 star. He has a microphone.

A bit long-winded. Better if it came out twice a week as a far amount is outdated by the time it’s published a day and a half after recording the current weekly wrap-up.

I adore this podcast and NEVER miss an episode. I’m also a patron of this show on Patreon, and I have encouraged several friends to become patrons too. I like getting double the episodes (I wish it were possible to sponsor Jack and get double the episodes of that podcast, also, but I don’t think that’s an option yet). Getting the shows ad-free and early is another plus. The show’s strength is its deep dive into the specifics of the efforts of the individuals and groups who are valiantly striving to shore up our embattled government institutions and protect democracy and the rule of law in the US, even as others on the extreme right are plotting and working even now to burn it all to the ground and install authoritarian rule. I appreciate AG and Pete for their efforts to comb through all the news related to this topic and summarize it for those of us who will never have time to read all the news. If Cleanup on Aisle 45 merch with the logo was available anywhere, my family members would all be receiving Cleanup hoodies for the holidays this year! All that said, however, the show does have a few flaws, though of course those pale in comparison to its strengths. One of the flaws is that one of the hosts interrupts the other too often, although that seems to be happening less over time. The other is that Pete, while smart, funny and insightful, often mumbles and/or speaks with a significantly lower vocal volume than AG. My husband, who has a hearing impairment, often can’t understand him, although he always understands AG. Even I with my good hearing sometimes cannot catch what Pete is saying, even when I rewind and play it again / listen twice.

AG and Andy are good together… not in a BoBo way 😁

I love getting the round up of all that’s happened in the last week. AG has a bit of a verbal tic across all her podcasts wherein when her co-host finishes a thought she says a short “yuh” and then adds some connection she’s made to something else that often isn’t particularly relevant to the subject at hand. Not everything has to have a parallel. I appreciate when you explain court filings in plain English and when Pete draws on his years of experience in the FBI to give context.

Like a Johnny Mathis song…this podcast is WONDERFUL WONDERFUL…if anyone deserves a pod it’s Pete

I absolutely love this podcast, though I don’t love the topics at times (criming criminals trying to get out of consequences!!) AG and Pete are terrific together with their immense knowledge all combined with swears and humor. I look forward to this podcast every week! THANK YOU!

Pete’s rants are the best part of these podcasts.

I love this podcast but Pete mumbles and talks away from the microphone making it too difficult to listen. But, his insight is extremely valuable and I read his book “Compromise…” as soon as it was released in 2020 so I am a fan.

I appreciate listening to Peter & Ally for the honest earthy truth. A big thumbs up 👍

There is an assumption of knowledge that is required to understand what they are talking about. AG’s arrogance makes this show unlistenable.

Almost as much fun as a rant from Pete on a bonus episode: his tone of voice on the family version when referring to certain people as “these knuckleheads.”

I’ve been listening to this show for a very very long time, but ever since Andrew Torres left the show, the show has gone down hill. No offense to the new guy, but he’s not Torrez and doesn’t give the same level of legal analysis as he did. AG is not for me, I didn’t listen to the show for her. This show has become more ranting and whining than actual analysis. I also stopped listening to the Beans … AG, like I said, is not for me. Ugh.

Had to stop listening due to State Farm advertising. Until that changes. I won’t be listening ever again. Arrghhhhh!

So enjoy listening to Pete Strzok. Smart, experienced and knows his stuff!

Oh my, the guy on the FBI Russia desk! Quick witted and deeply studied in the ways Russia is digging in to the halls of power in Washington, is a great match to whip smart AG.
