I never knew so many other people out there we’re facing the same issues as me! Kristin’s approach and ideas are refreshing and right on point. She is kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. As a pet-lover, I love learning about pet-related businesses. Even though I am not a business owner of a pet-related business, I really enjoy this show! Just checked out the episode, “Use Mindfulness to Recover from Burnout” and loved it. Not only did she offer such compassion to the guest, Mimi, but she shared some wonderful insights from her own life that are relevant to all people!

I was listening to another podcast. I felt like I was being yelled at. Kristin has a calming voice. I don’t feel so rushed and stressed. She gives good logical advice. I did order the start up kit. So much wonderful information. I was most excited about the templates. I’ve spent hours trying to create forms and they weren’t good. Kristin is my time saver.

Kristin’s voice is a calming presence in the world of business coaching. Kristin’s approach to coaching is a whole person approach which seeks to nurture the business owner and put him/her in touch with what it takes to be successful and do so with more ease and less stress. I listen to the podcast in my car between jobs or waiting to pick up my daughter from school or dance and it has been very helpful in my business. I have also been personally coached by Kristin which helped me move past a roadblock of getting hired help to grow my business. Can’t recommend this podcast enough for pet business owners!

I’m a startup owner of a cat exclusive housecall groomer, cat sitter and behavior consultant. The content has been helpful for marketing and networking as well as things to keep in my mind as Feline Friends grows.

Almost 2 years ago I left the corporate world and changed careers from healthcare administration to becoming a dog trainer. I had an official dog trainer certificate that I spent a year earning, and years of training experience with helping friends and family with their dogs. What I didn’t have was experience running my own business. I started dog walking, training, and offering boarding in my home. Now almost two years later, I have enough walking and boarding clients that I’m considering hiring some help. I’m also trying to boost my training business. I have read several books and I’m constantly trying to educate myself on training methods, pet business tips, and how to grow and run my business better so that I can truly make this my forever career. I tend to get stuck, not knowing where to start with my mile-long to-do list. I wasn’t really a podcast person (yet) but thought why not see if I can find something helpful? I learn better with audiobooks, so a good podcast I could listen to while on dog walks was what I was hunting for. Then I found this podcast. I binge-listened to all 57 episodes in less than 3 weeks. I love Kristin’s approach to breaking things down and simply starting with little moves (it is a lot like training a dog!) and the methods make sense to me. I’ve started implementing little changes and I’m keeping a positive attitude that my business will start growing more in the near future. I’ve just purchased her two books that are available on Audible, and since I’ve caught up with the podcast now, I’ll be starting those next. Thank you, Kristin, for acknowledging that this business is not as easy as everyone thinks, and for giving me hope that there is support to help me find my way into becoming the business owner I long to be.
