    Relatable, positive and helpful!
There’s an episode here for everyone- for anyone who has struggled with their relationship with food, the number on the scale, listening to your body’s needs, self worth and body positivity. Meg has a way of speaking to that inner voice and inspiring a positive relationship with yourself and your body image. Her personal experience with recovery makes her so relatable! Recently, I experienced that all too common pressure to rapidly shred weight for my wedding. Listening to Meg’s podcast helped me develop healthy habits and a mindset of worthiness and beauty on my wedding day- regardless of my dress size. Thank you Meg! 💕💕

    Upbeat and relatable!
Wow! I am overjoyed to have discovered this podcast. As a survivor of an ED myself, but (!) from a time when the medical community did not offer a lot of guidance, community, or recovery support (the early 2000s) this podcast is filling a huge hole. I’ve only listened to a few episodes but am so excited to absorb the kindness and humor, and work with the resources offered through the show. So much gratitude for you and for the upbeat and honest tone of the show. If you ever need a guest I’d love to contribute! ~Sarah

    Informative and Inspirational
I am a regular listener to Meg’s Full and Thriving podcast and I am amazed at how much I learn each and every episode. You can tell that a lot of thoughtfulness goes into each guest she has on the show, and hearing the perspectives of dietitians, clinicians, and coaches in the field has really helped me grasp the complexity of eating disorders. I would 100% recommend this podcast to someone with an eating disorder, but also to anyone interested in learning more about food, the human body, mental health, or just general wellness. Meg is a rockstar and will put you in a better mood with her positivity and loving spirit!

The content in these episodes can help anyone grow through processes and limiting beliefs that keep us stuck in patterns. For instance the episode on catastrophic thinking will have cascading effects in personal effectiveness when applied. Great stuff!

Highlight of my Week! IMO, best ED recovery podcast currently out there.
I cannot overstate how much value this podcast has brought into my life! Meg has SO MUCH to offer the world, and the fact that she continually shares a message of HOPE for a FULL (and thriving😉) recovery and life is a breath of fresh air. Whether it’s a solocast, or a guest interview, there is not a single episode that hasn’t had me rewinding to make sure I didn’t miss anything…the content is THAT good and un-miss-able. I look forward to tuning in to each new episode, and it’s among the first things I do on release-day mornings. It just starts my day off in the best possible way, armed with encouragement and practical, tactical, actionable advice for this recovery journey. I don’t think there’s been a single solocast where I haven’t felt called out the whole time, and rightly so, because I often need the recovery-reality-checks Meg so often gives. Every single guest interview not only brings a wealth of knowledge and insight from the guest, but Meg is a great facilitator of conversation, so it always flows so fluidly and goes by faster than any other podcast I listen to that uses interviews in its content strategy. Meg’s message is one of hope and freedom, and of course FUN, laughter, and joy, and she not only shares objective truths about life and recovery, but also incorporates her own story and journey into episodes when the topic is applicable, and it adds another level of connection (something she talks about a lot as a necessity for recovery!), and also is a testament to living the process that she’s helping guide so many others through. If I had to select only one ED recovery podcast to listen to for the rest of time (or as long as it’s around), this would hands down be the one. You will not find a more supportive environment, even in podcast audio form, and Meg is just a genuinely awesome human being with a heart for serving others and helping them break free from the chains of disorder that are holding them back, because she knows it’s possible, and continually speaks that possibility of breaking free into the lives of anyone who engages with any of her content. If you haven’t listened to this podcast yet, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! Seriously, though, put it on your must-listen list, because it is a treasure trove of recovery content, and I have many episodes I’ve revisited multiple times just because the content is that valuable, helpful, and beyond worthwhile, and it’s nice to be able to return to particularly helpful episodes/topics when I need a refresher. 10/10 recommend! To quote Randy Jackson, “a hundred million percent, YES!” I honestly don’t think you could make a better podcast choice when listening ti recovery content. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!

    Inspirational AND approachable!
Before meeting Meg or listening to her podcast, I genuinely had no idea how complex and multifaceted eating disorders, or recovery could be. In her podcast she does an EXCEPTIONAL job of covering often overlooked behaviors in a way that promotes awareness without judgement and encourages body acceptance. For those recovering or those eager to learn more about the recovery journey, this podcast is an absolute masterpiece.
