    I have a problem with sleeping and this really help I appreciate all your effort and your voice is so relaxing and soft it makes me tired, I listen to this in the morning I’ll be nocked out lol. Love your podcast?? Is it a podcast or a book. Idk but that’s okay👌

    Ive had trouble sleeping all my life and just recently had started listening to podcasts but most (all but this) just don't work, so I tried this and BAM out by the end of the video it’s magic

    I can’t fall asleep without some noise and music doesn’t work so for me it’s usually the TV or videos on YouTube - but the light is bad for getting to sleep and the ads don’t help either. A friend recommended these stories and they are just right. The woman’s voice and they way she speaks slowly and the content - it all just seems to really work - it’s the right mix and I fall asleep within 15 min.
