The hippies have been replaced with communism
I remember when leftists were spiritual. That day is gone. Gubmint is their god now. Progs get off on controlling other people.

    What the bleep happened?
It’s been awhile since I listened, but having found this podcast to be so helpful and thought-provoking when I first discovered it, as a left-leaning Christian in 2016, I thought I’d revisit it now during the pandemic. And all I can say is... what??!!!! John Shuck is fully down the rabbit hole now, as much a conspiracy theorist as Alex Jones and just as damaging in his rhetoric. In the latest episode, he is describing the pandemic as a hoax. Please. I know people who have had life-altering COVID infections and it really is inflammatory to hear someone I once respected claiming the virus is... what? Not real? Sorry. I used to love this podcast and John, I hope you get some help.

    Highly Recommended
I am not a Christian, but as a human being trying to live as a moral ethical person, I personally find this podcast invaluable for my learning, maybe more importantly, I find great emotional support in hearing others who are also struggling to face our current situation with courage and hope, combined with a dedication to reality. There is no hiding, or denying, here. Which, of course, is very frightening, and if you are hearing and facing these things for the first time and trying to face them square on, I believe that equates with a life crisis, for most people. So when you here people flare up in anger at hearing about these issues, or even anger at bringing up the issue at all, please realize that this might just be a good person reacying in fear. Thank you for this podcast, and thank you for your courage.

    Don’t listen to the naysayers
Refreshing to hear a progressive program that’s not afraid to question the government narrative. The listeners that disparage you for giving guests a voice concerning the deep state or 9/11 truth are mind control victims. Get rid of your televisions folks.

    Highly unprofessional and misleading
Im shocked that you gave the 9/11 authors your time. I’ve enjoyed you podcast for some time but you have now destroyed my trust and respect by giving these nuts your attention. They play the tired and midleading game of using very small inconsistencies to suggest an enormous conclusion.

    Host is a left-wing crazy
I am a progressive liberal person, but the host believes in conspiracy theories and the “deep state.” He believes in 9/11 conspiracy theories. He’s just like the right-wing guys, just progressive.

    Thoughtful and thought-provoking
John's skill as an interviewer is both analytical and empathetic. His passion for social justice and compassion for his interview subjects really come through.

    Meaningful conversations about religion
This is the best radio program on religion I know. It approaches the topic from an educational perspective, and the conversations between host John Shuck and his guests are interesting and meaningful. I thoroughly enjoy this.

    Thumbs up!
Great show! I am not religious myself but thoroughly enjoy the different perspectives offered by this intelligent, well produced, and thought provoking show that truly values spirituality over dogma and ceremony. Great for anyone interested in better understanding the world and themselves.
