I enjoy listening to Phil and Will’s recap of each week’s Survivor episode. I enjoy their banter, their perspectives and it helps me to understand the game play of Survivor so much better. I’ve also enjoyed them recapping The Traitors. I hope this dynamic duo continue to podcast together because I prefer listening to their voices over other’s.

It’s so impressive how much the Specialists know about Survivor right off the tops of their heads. They know so much minute detail about just about everyone who has played. In a world where everyone has a podcast about their favorite shows but don’t always pay attention to the shows they talk about, it’s refreshing that the Specialists know so much about just about every aspect of Survivor.

Always enjoy listening to the Survivor Specialists! I love the mix of recapping, talking through moves and what if scenarios, as well as the fun energy that the co-hosts bring. Can’t wait to listen to the season 49 and 50 coverage!

I think the pod is great. I like the dynamic between all the Specialists and the new Pnilly and Willy awards.

Long time listener, finally leaving a review because Phill asked for it! Honestly tho, this is the best after show, transparent and non biased takes. Guest are amazing and even their commentary in other reality shows is great! Keep it up guys!

Best recaps and perspective around.

Easily the best survivor podcast - great chemistry between the podcasters, great insights, and some unintentional hilarious moments. Can not recommend enough

They sound like corporate goons trying to use big words and misusing them. One guy has a really thick accent and it’s hard to listen to.

This one def stands out. People be hating on these reviews, but this pod are as fair as you can get. And I disagree hard on some of their stupid takes. Anywho, they know their sh, both from the nerdy gamebot part, to the edgic readers, to the twitterdrama and entertainment. They got it covered. They prob need more twitterdrama talk, look at drop your buffs, they got their sh on lock. Anywho, they tackle this in more of a sports after game show vibe, but they good people. Blake needs to get his sh together but he’s prob the funniest outta them. No disrespect to the rest of you, Blake has been in casting for over 30 years so his soul is prob dead.

The Specialists have been podcasting for nearly 10 years and have never let the community control their thoughts. Phil always says what he believes and will stick to it, Will makes the discussion interesting by pushing back and bantering, and Blake trolls for the fun of the discussion. They put so much effort into this podcast (especially Phil) and every podcast has something to offer. There is no fluff. The preseason games are so fun and I look forward to everything they do.

Phil, Will and crew always keep it real. I watched season 48 just so I could hear them complain about it, cause honestly this season was rough, but the pods were 🔥

So many big survivor podcasts like on fire and rhap are not criticizing the show enough when it makes bad creative decisions or is just bad. This podcast has great insight about survivor from people who have watched since season one and they aren’t afraid to make fun of the show when it’s justified

Recently found you guys because of Survivor! Love listening on YouTube though. I just enjoy that you go straight to the recap and give your take on it at the same time without taking almost an hour to begin lol

Super insightful commentary on the season, and I appreciate the back and forth between hosts! Helps to present lots of different perspectives on the players/episode!

The Specialists keep it real. They all have different opinions so you get all sides of a debate. Phil, Will, and Blake are a great trio and make me laugh at times but also bring up ideas and opinions that make me think. Thank you for always showing up right after Survivor ends and for providing great content. Keep it up!!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could !!

This podcast is by far my favorite survivor podcast! Phil has grown this podcast so much for good, and Blake, Will and the rest of the crew have great chemistry! This should be the “official” survivor podcast.

Been listening to this podcast since Season 33 or 2016. Haven’t left since. Only Survivor podcast I bother listening to. Great insights and great people. If you are in any way interested in Survivor, The Specialists are a must-listen.

One of the very few survivor podcasts willing to actually criticize elements of survivor and offer solutions! I can always count on them to express how I’m feeling. Will’s takes are so levelheaded and Phil always brings the emotion (compliment!!)

Has fast become my favorite podcast for Survivor. None of the noise, all authentic, smart takes… just an all around enjoyable listen (bonus points for covering SurvivorAU!

Ask and you shall receive, Phil! I tune into every episode. Phil and Will (and even Blake) bring their A Game every time. RHAP may have the subscribers (I enjoy their content as well) and Gordon Holmes may have the word associations (Love you, Gordon!), but I know I’m going to get the most in depth analysis and compelling conversation from The Specialists any time I listen. This is an underrated Podcast that deserves more love. P.S. Bring back Alexa more often!

I don’t always agree with the takes but I always enjoy listening because it forces me to expand my thinking on the shows that I watch with them.

I have been listening to the Specialists since 2019 and I hardly miss an episode. They all bring unique perspectives and actually keep it real. Other Survivor podcasts like to be more corporate and keep it positive no matter what, but Phil, Will, Blake, and now Tegwyth say what they think. I’m excited for the season 50 content!

Fun perspectives on the episode. I listen to the recap, analysis, and power rankings episodes every week between episodes when I need my survivor fix. Fun to watch live on youtube every now and then too!

This is one of the best podcasts out there. Definitely the best survivor podcast. Phil always gives rational, yet compelling takes on the state of each season and the game as a whole. He understands the difference between the social media opinions, and how that differs from the majority of fans. Can’t wait for offseason content this summer.

I love this show, they do such a good job of breaking down Survivor. They are really insightful and smart and tbh I agree with them more than anyone else, especially true for Phil. Thought they did a great job on 48. Keep up the fun and insightful takes guys!

The first podcast I listen to after every Survivor Episode (yes before RHAP)! They keep it real and say what everyone is thinking and keeps me loving survivor after 25 years!

Good way to digest the shows and pick up on trends during a live watch of a season with predictions/power rankings and episode recaps. They work hard on SO MUCH other content (prior seasons, other reality TV, and more) too. Give it a chance!

This is truly the best Survivor podcast out there. Phil can be blunt but he has a way of analyzing the game unlike anyone else I’ve heard. He and the team do a phenomenal job of digging into the nitty gritty and talking through all kinds of scenarios. This is the kind of Survivor analysis I live for!

Been a fan since the beginning, and almost 10 years later it's still my go to survivor podcast

Phil and Will are my favorites, I watch them all the time on YouTube but this podcast is great for when I’m in my commute.

Oof - three bros talking about survivor and it shows.

I love to tune into the streams after watching Survivor but if I can’t make it this podcast is always waiting.

The bread and butter of this podcast is Survivor, and a phenomenal Survivor podcast at that, but the podcasts dedicated to movies are so refreshing. No other podcast is as nuanced and independent thinkers when it comes to film as the Survivor Specialists.

For the Survivor obsessed, you can't get better! Love u guys!

But besides that, podcast is really good. Been listening since the SJDS days.
