jDvnsGreat Resource For Yoga TeachersI was fortunate to have Karen on my podcast and guest on hers as well. She has a wealth of insight on sequencing, anatomy, building confidence and everything else that goes into teaching yoga. Her podcast is a great resource I recommend to any yoga teacher who want to improve their skills, avoid common mistakes and build a career doing work you love that has a hugely positive impact on others, like Karen has. - Jeremy Devens, E-RYT - Host of the Yoga Teacher Training Podcast

El PhantsmoFantastic ResourceKaren is a wealth of knowledge. Have been listening to her since I was in YTT, and now in the relatively early stages of being a teacher. The information provided in her podcasts has been invaluable.... she delivers the experience gained over her years of teaching in a no nonsense, intelligent manner. Highly recommended for teacher/practitioners and solely practitioners alike. 🙏🏻❤️

morelifeplantbasedExcellentI am currently in my early hours of teacher training - 23 out of 200. Listening to Karen’s podcasts have been so inspiring and I’ve learned so much from her . I feel lucky to be able to learn off her 14 + years and lesson some of those fears about teaching that I’ve thought of and she has experienced. I plan on listening to them again and again as my journey continues and some of the other content starts to make sense in my learning process . I highly recommend this for a newbie and I can’t imagine that this couldn’t help someone who has been teaching for quite a while . Thanks Karen - keep up the good work in your podcast garage :))
