    Best podcast ever
This is my favorite podcast of all time. I found it just when I was beginning my metabolic health journey and moving away from low sugar low fat. I have never felt so nutritionally satisfied and enjoyed every episode that helped me on my journey. I put off listening to the last episode for a while because I was so sad to be done with the series. But, now I’m listening through all the podcasts again! Thank you Fallon and Kori for reminding me of health the way that God designed my womanly body to function.

    Mixed bag
I found this podcast insightful and interesting! Loved that it was Christian until they had guests on who are into new age beliefs. Oil and water friends. Our world view must be biblical and consistent.

Hosts Are Relatable & Informative But…
I’ve been looking for a podcast that gives me the confidence and support to make healthy decisions for myself and my family while consciously navigating wellness and nutrition. That being said, I just finished the Pregnancy + Postpartum episode with Noelle Kovary and I felt that the guest was speaking in a really harmful and careless manner regarding postpartum anxiety and depression. While I can see some of her points, she boiled postpartum depression down as in her words “a choice”. In not so many words, she stated that you choose the people you are around, you choose to have to go back to work and not make life choices that allow you to be at home, you choose to believe you can’t breastfeed or produce enough milk. I was disappointed to see a guest with such an out of touch and privileged mindset, especially when the podcast is geared towards women, many of whom face those struggles.

The podcast I’ve been searching for. Relatable, educational, like-minded mamas who aren’t afraid to love Jesus, question modern medicine and diet culture and encourage others to be the best mamas they can be with confidence in their mama bear gut instincts! Love all of the guests and topics🙌🏻

    Love this podcast so far.
The nervous system episode was awesome. I would love a part two with practical tips on how to bring ourselves and our kiddos back to regulation in times of stress or meltdowns, etc.

    Love this podcast!
I have been on a journey since January of 2021 to heal my hormones since coming off of birth control and this podcast is a wealth of information! So helpful and honestly this way of eating is the only thing I’ve ever come across that actually makes SO MUCH SENSE!

    Great podcast!
Love Fallon and Kori, love the info they share on their pages and in many of these episodes. It’s changed my life and Kori and Fallon have been a huge part of that. Specifically with the podcast though, one struggle I have with it is the inconsistency with the “learning level” and when it comes to the topics. What I mean is some are very basic, raw, foundational important information for womanhood, motherhood, ancestral eating, body image, etc. where on the other hand there are a lot of topics that are truthfully just so hard me for to understand what anyone is talking about. Basically if you are newer to this sphere or realm of eating and life, a lot of the episodes will seem very “out there”, and very hard to grasp what is being talked about. There were a few episodes I had to turn off half way through because I honestly felt so stupid that I wasn’t able to even understand most of the words and phrases used. Just know if you listen that some episodes are very beginner level, and some are very expert level.

Metabolic Health & Embodiment of Femininity Episode
I couldn’t even get 30min into this podcast episode and I had to turn it off…//: The special guests were very new age-y and pantheistic! They made multiple mentions of “inner cosmos” and “The Universe gifted me..” it was very cringey. I am so happy that Kori and Fallon are Christian sisters who follow Jesus and have made the Bible their ultimate authority in life, but it is also scary to invite others onto the show who do not share or believe these views. It can get wacky lol. I’m sure these 2 special guests have a plethora of nutrition/bodily health wisdom tips, but it’s hard to listen to them NOT give credit to the God who created them and instead give glory to themselves. I absolutely love Kori and Fallon and I will keep following their IG tips and will relish every new episode that comes out on this podcast, but I def wanted to give fair warning ab this one. “I form light and create darkness, I make well-being and create calamity; I am the Lord who does all these things.” Isaiah 45:7

    Relatable and Real Information
I love that these ladies share a similar worldview and faith as myself. It’s very important to have people speaking into your life that you trust, and could see yourself being friends with. So much good information in this podcast! Thank you!

    Thankful for the info
I’m new to this podcast and have enjoyed what I’ve heard so far. The constant referral to social media posts and paid course content gets old quickly, not everyone is on social media and many of us are not interested in getting health information from social media. The hosts are excellent interviewers and ask great, pointed questions to keep conversations moving. Skip the tongue tie episode, it’s an hour of the interviewee talking in circles despite the host’s attempts to ask specific questions. This is unfortunate because I imagine that she has a very important skill set. If you’re expecting a baby, proactively find an IBCLC who practices cranio-sacral and whole body care, a pediatric chiropractor, and build your team. “Treat the now” and don’t revise a tongue or lip tie just because you’re told to. If you find yourself in a crisis breastfeeding/tongue tie situation, having your support team in place before birth will help you get the care you need immediately. There I summarized it.

    So Relatable!!
Your journeys are so relatable. I am learning so much from you two. There is so much false information out there, and it can be hard to know what’s true. Thank you for honoring God’s design for our bodies and empowering women in their healing journeys—including me!

    Life changing
This podcast opened the door for me to recognize my power as a female and listen to my intuition. Their content is so helpful for those of us confused by the mainstream feminine ideals regarding nutrition, exercise and simple home making. I feel better than ever after leaning into this world and my family is benefiting greatly from it!

1 of My Top Favorite Podcasts
Once I listened to one episode, I binge listened the rest. And then I bought the course! And now my life is forever changed. I kissed diet culture goodbye and learned how to be in tune to my body and love it well. I have better sleep, more energy and libido, and a clear sharp mind all from learning how to take care of my hormones.

    Fantastic podcast!
I’m not much into podcasts, and am VERY picky about what content I actually invest my time in, but this is seriously the best. Fallon and Kori are super organized and well-spoken. They are gentle and straightforward. They are thoughtful and fun. They are extremely professional while also completely down to earth (how do they nail that balance so perfectly?!). I’ve learned SO MUCH from them through this podcast and am so impressed with what they do here. I wish I could be best friends with them both as well as neighbors. Everyone should listen to this podcast and learn how to heal their whole selves! Thank you, Kori and Fallon!!

    Thank you
All I can think is how THANKFUL I am to Yeshua for leading me to these two beautiful women. I have learned so much from these two and I JUST KNOW God is using them to inspire his children to heal from the inside out so we can better hear the HOLY SPIRIT that is within us all. This is just the beginning (few weeks in) of my healing journey and I’ve already seen so many beautiful changes within my physical and spiritual self which has me even MORE excited for what’s to come. I would LOVE to hear more about our father god and Lord Jesus but honestly whatever you put out is simply incredible so thank you thank you thank you!!!!

thank you thank you thank you
this podcast has changed my mentality when it comes to my health and wellness. i am currently in nursing school and have been studying the anatomy and physiology of our bodies while also trying to navigate the world of diet culture, beauty standards, and the destructive “fitness” industry as a young twenty something. it’s hard and very confusing, but NOTHING makes more sense and nothing has given me more peace and direction than this podcast. i recommend it to anyone who will listen to me haha. there is so much truth in fallon and kori’s words and i am forever grateful for the work that they are doing. their God-given purpose truly drives their understand of the body and how it works, and that shines through these episodes.

  • ForHisKingdom3
Pretty good content, comes across as biased
For the most part I have been fascinated with the contents that has been provided on this podcast, mostly because it’s pretty different from a lot of other health information sources, although more influencers are starting to pick up on the whole pro metabolic diet or lifestyle, so it’s starting to become more of a fad. These two women though are incredibly anti-doctor and anti-medical system which to me is a bit problematic. I understand that they didn’t have great experiences with the medical practitioners in their own lives, but it doesn’t feel like when you listen to their content that you are getting any kind of an objective viewpoint when it comes to those things. They seem to highly favor people with alternative medical practices or lifestyles, which can work and be good start for some people, but some people with the issues that they’re dealing with do need a board-certified medical doctor to deal with them. Also there are some parts of the pro metabolic lifestyle that are a little bit more fuzzy. For example it is mentioned quite often that some women need to eat more or need to gain weight to be healthy and to be in a metabolically healthy state. But how much weight is too much weight? When does a woman cross over from being metabolically healthy to being overweight and unhealthy? To me these are legitimate questions, that don’t necessarily get addressed. There also isn’t a lot of content for women who might already be quite overweight and are trying to lose weight so that they can be healthier. It is mentioned sometimes that some women need to get to a metabolically healthy state in order to lose weight, but then it isn’t really covered how a woman should go about losing weight once they are metabolically healthy. Overall the podcast is a good listen, but needs to be taken with a grain of salt.

Grateful for natural living podcast with Biblical perspective
I have been scouring resources trying to find ones for my patients that come from a Biblical worldview. So far, I just love love love everything here! As a physical therapist (and my husband a chiropractor) we continually see the need for better healthcare and better education, especially regarding how we are designed by God for healing. Thank you for diving into difficult and deep topics that need to be discussed. ❤️

Wow. Absolutely love giving this space a listen. I love how well the information is explained and how contagious the proactive energy is! These ladies do an amazing job of bringing incredible nuggets of wisdom without the tether of dogma to us all. I look forward to all of the transformation for myself and others to come because of this wonderful resource.

    Needed this podcast 🤍
I have been healing from birth control use, a traumatic birth with my son, and many years of crash diets. This podcast gave me the tools to heal & take my life back! I’m so thankful for these ladies and their hearts to help people heal their bodies through food & lifestyle. My husband and I were struggling to conceive for 8 months and after 2 months of pro-metabolic eating & replenishing my minerals I’m now 6 weeks pregnant! I know that God had his hand on me & all things are in his time and plan, but I also know that he has gifted me these ladies to help me heal my body. Thank you Kori & Fallon for all you do! You’re making an impact🤍

    Thank you!
Thank you ladies for sharing all of your insight! I feel like the basics aren’t really laid out so it’s hard to keep up sometimes, or maybe I just don’t know anything about health 😂. It definitely makes you have to go research a lot of things on your own as they glide over a lot of foundational things, but still super helpful and eye opening. Thank you for all you’re doing!

Good info but we need a thesaurus.

Love the info, but disappointed in the meal plan
I really enjoy the info that Kori and Fallon provide. I actually purchased the meal plan and I was a bit disappointed. It was not very detailed nor had info that I thought it would. I tried DM’ing Fallon and she hasn’t responded to me. In my opinion, it’s not worth $50 and I really think it was a rip off. For someone that is brand new to figuring this out, it’s very overwhelming. & if you want to create a community of spreading awareness, the least you could do is respond to a message or help your customers.

Do NOT give your baby honey!!
Ok I think there perspective is refreshing and both hosts have a calming energy. However, I was totally SHOCKED that on the baby led weening episode the guest said her son’s first food was Honey Mama’s chocolate (one of the main ingredients in this chocolate is raw honey). Honey has a certain bacteria that can cause infant botulism. This is not only dangerous, but can be deadly. I am all about new ways of thinking about health and the “non dogmatic” perspective that the hosts encourage. However, if you host a wellness podcast you should at least wave a red flag if one of your guests mentions a practice that could be deadly. Granted she wasn’t recommending that people give their babies honey and maybe none of them knew how deadly it can be for kids under one. It’s just concerning for me that not one of them flagged that honey is bad for babies when this podcast is presented as an informative source. Yikes. Anyway, I’m not usually someone who writes reviews but I feel like I just needed to say DONT GIVE YOUR BABY HONEY! Since no one flagged it on the show.

    Life Changing!
I’ve been listening to this podcast for maybe 6 months now and I can’t say enough good things about these women. I appreciate their hearts and desires to share their health and healing journeys. They give us much needed information on how to reset and restore back to our metabolic diet, the way we were designed to eat! It’s so informative and coming from diet culture my entire life, it’s definitely a God thing that I stumbled upon them on my journey to becoming anti-diet! I want my body to thrive and I want to feel good and healthy. I’m so grateful for their discussions and wisdom around this topic!
