    Highly Entertaining
Love Florio’s unique insight. His background in law and ability to translate complicated contracts and concepts into lay terminology is a lifesaver for anyone who wants to understand the inner workings of sports deals.

    Florio is awesome!
Mike is the man! Spot on with his insight and knowledge. His overall knowledge of the intricacies of the game is superb. Keep it up!

Chis simms is lazy and not interesting
Chris simms is fading, not good at takes and bad at QB rankings. Golic is very bad too.
  • Mougg1
    Dump Myles Simmons
What happend to Golic ? He is so much more relevant that Simmons. Who is Myles Simmons . Plus for god’s sake Miles spend some money for a decent camera or WiFi network…. It’s brutal watching PFT live on Monday with the blurry camera from Miles feed. BRING BACK GOLIC!

    Equally
Mike Florio treats the Republicans that rioted on Jan 6th equally to the Democrats that riot.

    Observer
I’m a casual NFL fan but an avid one of PFT. Although Mike and Chris bring different skills to the program, both deserve to reside in the first circle of pro football commentators. Many commentators are knowledgeable, but none is more discerning, penetrating, and intrepid than Mike Florio. As a former teacher I would advise parents of school age children to urge their kids to listen to Mike. These students would learn much about how to carry out rational analysis based on a solid foundation of carefully sifted evidence. And he is unrivaled in addressing the sundry ethical issues that arise the contemporary milieux of pro football, and he routinely explores what are or should be just outcomes for the game’s various actors. His interviews engage us because his questions are designed to coax out as much depth as possible from his guests. And all of this is punctuated by a keen wit that keeps us engaged. Chris well deserves to be at the top too. As a former player, he knows the game from the inside out and can empathize with players that we spectators cannot. He has obviously worked hard to amass the knowledge that fortifies his reputation. And his passion for game clearly propels him to be as authoritative about pro football as he can. In short, their complementary skills combine to make PFT the most informative and entertaining program about America’s most compelling sport.

I don’t mind the Monday morning quarterback talk
but not Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday too. He might be one of the smartest football Talking Heads on radio/podiverse but you present yourself as some sort of moral dictator. You’re my favorite guest on Dan Patrick and respect your grind but get off that ginormous high horse you ride in to work every day. Honestly, your moral judgment takes are gross. I had to unsubscribe. The pretentiousness was fogging up my phone.

    To much negativity.
One thing to talk about the good, bad and ugly, but way to much negative talk. Just a thought.

    Lost and Over Produced
Long time listener, from the time Mike started this show during one of his mandatory summer vacations. What originally made the show unique was Mike speaking off the cuff, answering listener questions, and occasionally sharing his off-topic viewpoints. Since then, the show has become overly produced and bland. Miles Simmons is terrible, I skip the shows he is on. Sometimes less is more.

    More Simms
Mike is better when Simms joins him. Much better two-way debate, vs. the other folks who just seem to let Mike and his opinions run wild with no push back.

    Love mike and chris
The pftpm x csu crossover needs to be a podcast, it was so much better when you guys could cut it loose.

Smart and interesting takes on the NFL
Like the variety of topics Mike and Chris cover. Insightful and engaging coverage of all the teams not just top 10. Also like the discussions on League policies, Covid19 and social justice work.
  • CheeseSRQ
    Mike’s politics are not needed
Mike’s opinions on masks and COVID in society are not needed. I will not listen to this podcast again. He needs to stick to what he knows, and even football is starting to be a stretch for him.

Glorious is a Joke, and a Hype monger not a journalist.
When exactly did Mike Florio sell his soul. He used to be a decent news breaker and now it seems like he throws out click bait at the most needy of fans. I love my Bengals and between Florio’s miss on Burrow wanting to force a trade (not even close) Florio saying Burrow should go to the Fins cause they are closer to competing (a joke since they traded the best players for picks), My response to Florio; saying Burrow won’t be supported by Cincy (a top 6 WR drafted in the first pick of the 2nd round, the first LT drafted last year after 0 games played, a top 6 WR in Ross as a 3rd-5th receiver even if Burrow plays great. We have a Great RB, great D-Line, Great Safeties, great WR’s, and good corners.
  • ChipfromCT
    So much better without simms
Like hearing Florio - well spoken, thoughtful, impartial. When simms is on I skip the episode. simms is the opposite, inarticulate ( “the general of the ship”; you mean admiral, right?), idiotic, and uninformed.
  • Navaronegun
    Unsubscribed
Mike Florio has become a clickbait social commentariat regarding football. He was always a scold, but now his ego has convinced him that his opinion actually matters. Nothing of football on the field substance is discussed anymore. I’m out.
  • Ranger-42
    Mike is now leaving sports
I tune you to catch up on sports, if I want politics I tune in a news station. You reached your position because we tuned in for sports, if you keep rapping on political, I am out
  • Krbartle
    Dak/Jerry
Am I crazy to think that Dak and Jerry already have a deal done and Jerry wants to keep it quiet so he can sit back and let every media outlet talk about the Cowboys each day?

    Great Podcast!
Just discovered this podcast and enjoyed the short break from all the difficult news of the day. Nice to hear some football news and commentary for a change. Keep up the good work!
  • Evan7676
    Great show
Pretty dull show. Plus the host is a bit of a wind up toy. He makes the same points and talks about pretty much the same things every episode. He’s fairly entertaining sometimes but it really does seem like he does the exact same show every time.

    Why use vulgar language?

    Enjoyable NFL banter, but....
I usually enjoy listening to Mike talk football, mostly because he’s not trying to be bold for the sake of being bold. I have no issues with him talking about things other than football either, but he’s too far left to offer such insights on a non-political podcast/radio show. In any case, besides his strange fondness for the Vikings and liberal politics, it’s a good show.

Mike, you and Simmsy are awesome together. I’ve been reading PFT since I first got a computer around 2000/2001. It’s my go to every Moran’s multiple, Multiple times throughout the day. Your podcast makes every listener more knowledgeable about the best sport in the world. Keep up the great work. Fly Eagles Fly. Mike Moffitt

    The best of NFL podcasts
I listen to 7 NFL podcasts and this is the best. More direct and uncensored than Florio’s PFT podcast (based on his radio show). Provides great insight.

    I miss the podcast
I listen to pft at work and I save the pm podcast for after work. It does seem at times you might be pushing yourself to do this extra podcast and I don’t want you to lower the quality of your life, but I do download and listen to them all. Enjoy your vacation!

Can’t stand the 3rd string qb opinions
Get rid of Simms , he always sounds like he doesn’t want to be there anyway . His privileged attitude is another reason to stop listening

    Spring football
For someone who loves football, how can you not want more of it ? Spring football is wanted. You just need $$$$ and the right cities. That is why the AAF did not make it. No money. The TV ratings prove it was good .

    Wow mike...
Where did you get on your knees and lick Colin’s balls... you know because you’re so smart with football and I really do mean that I have put aside my believes in your believes as a person being a liberal as you are. I’ve listen to you and watched you for years. Respected you even but after this Colin Kaepernick settlement for you to continue to get on your knees and kiss his sack is just enough to have me disown you and I’m sure many more people like me will follow because it just gets old you being on apologist. If you like liberalism and socialism so much take a look at history and see how that works for mankind. It was nice knowing your shows.

    Hypocrite
Mike is a blowhard who gives special treatment to friends while preaching social justice. He rants about CK but doesn’t care about sexism and other issues in the NFL. Waste of time he portrays himself as a non biased journalist after the truth it’s a lie.

    Limited shows.
This is another fail podcast in the sense that on tv and radio it says it’s available but in reality it’s available on some days. When it’s available it’s a good show but since it’s not a daily podcast, it’s not recommended.
