I enjoy this podcast each week. It’s great for anyone who keeps up with politics and wants a deeper dive with interviews and details but also is a good way to get an overview of the hot topics and major political events in the state as well.

I love this podcast! I look forward to it and it’s companion email newsletter. The latest news, great analysis and just what I need to keep up-to-date on my home state from far away. Thanks to all who make this happen!

I mainly follow national news, but I have since become more interested in state politics since the 2018 Senator race. As a reader of Mississippi Today, I came across this podcast, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. My only suggestion would be to extend these podcasts out another 15-30 minutes. The guests on the show could benefit from additional time to more fully share their views. Some of the episodes feel like they abruptly end. As far as I am aware, there are not many non-partisan shows like this focused on MS politics with this level of a guest list. So, it would be awesome to have more information through this lens especially with elections looming.

Lack of understanding of today’s culture and others opinion

MS politics needed a podcast and the Jungle is filling that need. There is a slant to the views but as long as you listen with that in mind it is great insight.
