Anne Marie OwensOne of the BEST!!!Absolutely LOVE your podcast!! Just discovered & I can not tell you how helpful your episode on dieting is to me!! I have been practicing IE for three months, after 20 years of very rigid eating. My body and mind are healing slowly, enabling hormones to balance & my energy to increase as I get to my body’s desired set point range. Specifically, it was so helpful to hear that you encourage fueling your body about every three hours & including snacks!! I have heard from some that snacks are not the best for your body because you should go as long as you can between meals to regulate blood sugar. This idea never made sense with my experience! Your podcast is just what I need!! Thankful for you! Keep on speaking truth!

abbie028So informativeI refer to the gut health episode often for my clients in ED treatment. Such a good reference from fellow down to earth RDs :) -@abbienichole_rd

HayungskiHelpful and fun!Love this podcast, Hannah and Ali are so knowledgeable and gentle about nutrition and body stuff. I’ve learned a LOT and always look forward to hearing from them!! Thank you!! Could you guys do an episode about inflammation and how hyped it is in the food industry? What the real issues are and what’s diet culture?

Trish McDFavorite Podcast! This is my absolute favorite podcast to listen to right now. I have struggled with an ED for 7+ years and I can honestly say that listening to Ali and Hannah have significantly helped me in my recovery journey. The knowledge that they share is extremely helpful and their approach is kind and non judgmental. I even recommend this podcast to friends and family who don’t struggle with an eating disorder because some of their episodes are so interesting and provide so much useful information when trying to find balance in our lives. Thank you guys! You’re the best!!!

Belen salcidoI am amazed!!2nd day listening and I am loving it. Over the past year I think I have been battling a eating disorder. Hi did keto got 2 or so years and even though it helped me lose weight it also damage my head so much I started thinking about food about good and bad. I feel guilty about even craving oatmeal banana apples or any fruit wasn’t “allowed” it came down to me restarting my “diet” every Monday and then eating all the things all the fruit or whatever and I felt terrible. I came across some Instagram post and they mentioned you guys so I immediately came to look and I love it I listen to you guys every time I get in my car for every time I get a chance . Thank you and I am looking forward to listen to every single episode

BarbEisnetThe one about fastingGreat information today as I walked. I have tried the fasting and restricted eating thing.. no results have ever lasted. The Unite I started to eat normal again.. weight came back on.. very frustrating, but learned a lot from t hi s message.

gabrielle27Grateful for this podcastThis podcast came out right when I was starting to put the work in to deal with the disordered thoughts I have about eating and exercise. Some of the especially powerful and stubborn thoughts have become faint whispers as a result of listening to this podcast (in addition to seeing a therapist). They are arming my mind with facts and science and I feel stronger than ever! I can’t wait to keep listening and learning.

MegsofmplsBomb podcast!I love love love this podcast! Every week(or 2) I can’t wait to hear what myths Ali and Hannah are debunking! Everything from fad diets to nut milks. They are so knowledgeable and are here to set the record straight about eating. I’ve recommended it to tons of friends/family. Let’s put the diet industry in the garbage.

LindsayJayneFun and Educational! These ladies give up to date, scientific information in a funny and easy to digest (pun intended) manner. They avoid the fear-mongering and drama that is so common on similar platforms. I’m always happy to see the notification that a new episode is available!
-
Apryl526Thank you!I am just in love with this podcast!! I listened to another podcast that was similar but she decided to stop doing that and I was so sad. But super happy I stumbled upon this one! I am recovering from an ED and these resources help me whenever I feel myself being pulled back to that.
-
JillianLSYes & Amen!Keep up the great work ladies!! I love your kind & thoughtful approach to everyone’s diet questions! I’ve been sharing your podcast with friends on FB whenever I see someone posting about cutting out a food group for weigh loss reasons or because they think it’s “bad”. I might be a bit passive-aggressive in my approach 😆
-
1gelperhourSuper informative and funAwesome new podcast to answer all your food and nutrition questions!! Keep it up :)
-
westernjojoThe only thing these girls are cutting is negativity!Hannah and Ali simplify all the food and diet chatter we’re fed (hah) throughout our days and get to what really matters!! They keep it light and fun, focus on the PLEASURE in food (and wine) and discuss what you’re body actually needs. #loyallistenerforlife
