Out of Darkness, Into LightAnswer to PrayerI have struggled to find peace these last couple months. I have gone to the Lord is desperation, questioning why He has not answered my prayers. Then, this week, I was led to this podcast and I have gone through several of the episodes. Each and every one has given me a calm feeling and a new appreciation for God’s presence in my life. I have been able to let go of worry and anxiety and trust Him and His plan for me. He is the author of my story. I thank Him for leading me to find you, Amy. Thank you for all that you do. Your meditations and breath work have already made such a difference in my life.

SydBwellMake more!I’ve been experiencing some weird anxiety lately, and I’m not one to jump on any sort of medication so I thought I would try incorporating more yoga and meditation. I have loved these episodes! They have helped me sleep, control my heart rate, and feel more confident in taking on my day. I have shared it with others who I hope will listen and benefit! odalisca738No warning Christian meditationThese meditations are good quality and I would’ve liked them if the didn’t have references to the Christian god without warning. If it would have said in the description of the podcasts that it was based in Christianity I would either not have listened or only listened to the ones that were somewhat secular. I do not appreciate how misleading this podcast is. I have no problem with Christians however it is upsetting to get into a good flow state only to start being told about “your savior” with no warning.

I am going back to school working towards my nursing degree and it has been a demanding challenge. ktbugwGreat guided meditation with LDS perspectiveI’ve been searching and trying to seek out ways to be more still and mindful in my life. As a busy mom who has little time for myself, it feels like a pointless thing sometimes. More than anything I’m trying to focus on my self worth and feel like enough so there is enough of me to go around. This is the first time that I’ve been able to find a guided meditation for anxiety or anything with God in the picture. It’s just what I needed and hope for more to come! Please!! It is so needed. Even some longer ones!

shipkiGreat yoga tips!I wouldn’t call myself a yogi but I love her classes. They have great tips that were totally new to me. And I thought an audio yoga class that’s not going to work but it did! I loved using my sense of hearing to do this flow rather then relying on my sense of sight. It allowed me to more fully go into some positions rather then keep checking in with my tv screen. Excited to hear more!
