A MUST for all immigration practitioners
In this continually changing landscape of immigration law, Kevin does an amazing job breaking down complex case law and keeping practitioners updated on ongoing changes. His ability to make these topics accessible, paired with subtle, well-timed comedy, makes learning both enjoyable and memorable. This is truly a must for all immigration practitioners

A literal lifesaver as an attorney new to immigration law
Although I’ve been practicing for close to two decades, I just started a new job where I needed to be at least conversant in issues related to the practice of immigration law, primarily removal defense, and issues affecting refugees. This podcast has been IMMENSELY helpful in getting up to speed - straightforward and accessible analysis. This is now part of my Monday morning routine.

If you are an immigration attorney, do yourself and your clients a favor and listen to Kevin. Thank you so much for your hard work. You are unbelievable. Your sacrifice, spending all these hours preparing these podcasts, is priceless. Thank you again.

Although Kevin Greg says the podcast is unbiased, that is anything but true. Yikes!

    Great resource
My busy immigration practice leaves little time for keeping up with court cases. I recently learned of this podcast and find it well worth my time. Love that I can learn from Mr. Gregg and keep up with new developments while commuting, gardening, or out walking. Thank you for doing this!

Great listen for lawyers and non-lawyers alike
Being a lawyer was my first choice when people used to ask what I wanted to be when I grew up, and even though that dream never materialized, I really enjoy listening and learning through this pod. It’s very informative and I love having those “aha!” moments when I start to understand what’s going on. Great job, Kevin!

So informative. I am so busy as a Padilla advisor for over 100 public defenders that I am short on time to read all new cases. Love!

Great way to stay up to date
This podcast is a great way to keep up to date on fed court cases in the immigration arena. Lots of practical tips on how even bad cases can be spun in positive ways. And of course, you gotta love the circuit-split gong!

A great use of an immigration lawyer’s time
Kevin is the Nina Totenberg of immigration law. Like Nina Totenberg, Kevin’s show is very listenable and accessible - even when discussing gnarly cases. In addition to reporting the cases, Kevin also provides valuable insights and practical suggestions derived from the cases he discusses. Thank you Kevin and KKTP - Great job!

Thank you for taking the time to do this. Very useful indeed!

    Short and sweet
He gets to the meat and gives us what we’re looking for. Also the show notes listing the findings and cases with the minute markers are very helpful. But one critique. The podcast is not unbiased; I mean, you’re an admitted advocate. So, while it is biased in favor of those seeking benefits, it’s still a great show. Ok, two critiques. A positive inverse of a negative situation does not normally result in an argument that makes good legal sense (e.g. the inverse of falsus in uno falsus in omnibus).

    Never miss a week!
I am so grateful for this podcast as there is nothing scarier than being out of date with the law. I find all the updates invaluable even the ones outside of my circuit as he offers great arguments to make in my own cases. Keep up the awesome work!

    Immigration case updates!
Informative, concise, and relevant case law updates for all immigration practitioners! Kevin reviews immigration/crimmigration cases from all circuits, giving listeners an insightful overview of how immigration law can vary around the country. Moreover, he provides ever changing immigration case law updates from SCOTUS and the BIA. Kevin is funny, and even gets down to those nitty gritty modified categorical approach analysis and pesky footnotes! I highly recommend!

    Easy to digest
A great podcast by a host that makes the case holdings easy to digest. Immigration law is not my field but the host makes sure this is of no consequence.

    Good for non lawyers too
What I really like about this podcast is that I get exposed to how the immigration courts come to their decisions. I can see how immigration attorneys can benefit from the breakdown of these cases, but the lay person learns how the courts operate as well.
