My ex wife used to put he trash can by the door . I’m divorced from her . However i still live with our daughter and we have lived together since 1996 . She takes trash can and either puts it buy he door . Or she puts a trash bag on top . To ket me know its time to take out the trash

I love this podcast. It is funny, relevant, and encouraging. I am both entertained by it and I am informed by it. Jim’s broadcasting experience makes it professional sounding.

It’s so funny to read comments about Jim on the radio.. Gez some people have a grievance and just have to have the last word if they didn’t like what Jim said so why come write about it here?! I for one, absolutely love Jim’s radio show, his ranting, etc.. it’s radio gold and obviously a lot of people agree! I’ve always been a huge Jim fan and now I love Julie too. I was excited about this podcast and it has not disappointed me!! Here we are years later and it’s still going! I love listening to Jim in this different setting.

This podcast is definitely one worth listening to!! They talk ab all of the things and keep it funny and entertaining to! I live listening to this and it is one of the ones I love to listen too before bed!!!

Congratulations to y’all on the successful podcast! I listen to all kinds of podcasts and eventually planned on getting to y’all’s, but my brother-in-law was listening and told me he heard an episode where y’all brought up the power washing so I had to hop on and start listening. Started from episode one in July and caught up in a few week. Every episode is great, love the travel stories, great family! Just because I’m a business owner, I wouldn’t mind hearing some business stories from Julie and the struggles she had and overcame during her journey. Keep it up!

When people disagree with you they are instantly wrong and some how become a threat to you and your overly inflated ego As a self proclaimed “Christian” as you claim to be and a professional figure in the public domain I for one expect more control from you Your insensitive behavior and ridiculous often times adolescent rants, all be it entertaining at times, only puts you on a lower intellectual level than what you should be as a responsible 60 year old man of God Your better than that brother LET THEM TALK!

Big fan of the podcast. I’ve listened to Jim for awhile on the radio already. Dude is a class act and his wife Julie sounds like an incredible person. Podcast is great for the wife and I to both listen to together. Big League for sure, 5 star

Despite promises to delve into family & relationships, Jim & Julie do what they do best - toot their own horns & fish their daughters for compliments about their own parenting while conveniently skirting around any mention of Jim’s two sons that he left behind, because it doesn’t fit into this small town perfect family narrative. What a deluded & cringeworthy podcast. While it may be hard to open up to the world* (*tiny town of Norman, OK) about family, at least be transparent enough to accept failures and embrace growth, but it looks like Jim and Julie lack any semblance of emotional intelligence. Jim & Julie thrive on being the big fish in a small pond, and would never risk stepping outside that bubble to risk seeing what anyone outside of OK would see - tacky narcissists.

Could you both share when you started following Jesus?

What a courageous thing Julie did leaving her kids behind so she could comfort you after 9-11. She thought the country was at war and her first thought is to meet up with you and run away from her children. Why didn’t you go to okc? Because of your work? Did that mean your work was more important than your family? Jeez No have never called his show. I do listen though and it’s very entertaining. I must write for such a big guy who likes to say he’s ‘strong like bull’ he sure has thin skin.

I have always been a fan of Jim on the radio, even used to enjoy his presence at the card tables years ago. Listening to this podcast, is even better. Love hearing Julie’s side of things, as well as the back and forth you guys have. I need to have my wife give you guys a listen. So many similarities to our relationship!!

It’s about time!! They’ve bantered on Jim’s radio show, and now we get that in podcast format? Plus stories about life, love, happiness, and sports? Inject it straight into my veins. 👌🏼❤️

I’ve listened to Jim cover my Sooners for the last 16 years. It’s great to hear him and his wife tells stories from there past.. great job guys! Keep em coming!
