I’ve been listening to the investors podcast for around a year, but only started listening to Robert’s podcasts more recently. Robert’s is an amazing host because he’s knowledgeable, thoughtful and asks great questions of great guests, but also because he comes across as very genuine and humble. I feel like this is a podcast that you can really trust as you get the sense that Robert does this 1) because he’s passionate about it and 2) because he wants to help people. By sharing his story he also helps to break down the barrier of limiting beliefs and inspire people to believe they can achieve their goals. What a great educator!

This is one of the best real estate podcasts out there! Robert is a terrific host and navigates a variety of different conversations with guests who have taken multiple avenues through their investment journeys. I learn something new with every episode. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about RE!

The content here is one of the best real estate podcasts. I go to it almost every week to grow my knowledge. The guests help break down different areas of real estate and how to get started in it. One of the things I really appreciate about this podcast is that Robert doesn’t assume that real estate is the best or only asset class. He sees it as a part of a good portfolio while also leveraging public equities and other investments. Take a listen!

Great content, simple questions, and great guests

This is a great introductory podcast for young investors who are motivated to grow their real estate portfolio. Rob keeps it simple asking questions that millennials can relate to. Keep it up man!

This is an ok podcast if you are a beginner in the investment realm. However, it falls victim to many of the misconceptions and falsities portrayed by other real estate podcasts that make them hard to listen to. For instance it often ends up pitting real estate against stocks in the episodes, as if you have to be wholly in one or the other, as opposed to a view of being well versed in both asset classes as wealth building tools. In the second episode they even go as far as to say the beauty of real estate is the leverage you can put on the purchase in order to increase returns, and the host goes on to say you cant do that with stocks. This is simply false and shows a lack of knowledge from the host that not only should preclude his speaking comparatively about the merits of stocks vs real estate, but also detracts from my willingness to believe what he is saying about real estate. Im waiting for the real estate podcast that shows the virtues of real estate and its extreme downsides from the reckless use of leverage. Good and the bad. And less subtle bashing of stocks, especially since stocks have been the best returning asset class is history for the last hundred years.

Robert has the unique ability to simultaneously teach the listener as well as pull the knowledge out of his interviewees. This makes his podcast one of the most influential real estate podcasts I listen too. He is well versed in the subject of real estate and I can’t wait to see where this podcast goes!

In today’s world there’s so much content that is easily accessible, the quality of that content often varies immensely and when you’re looking to start investing, especially in real estate, high quality content with a high quality host and guests who are true movers and shakers is essential! If you or someone you know is looking to start investing in real estate, check this out!

Robert has a keen ability to teach to the millennial generation! He is extremely insightful and can break theories and processes down to minute details. He has an interesting post in regards to building a business that does not take up all your time. Instead, building a business that allows you to do what you want. Instead of flipping say 100 houses a year (a business that would take 100% of your time), he poses a statement where what if you just out right owned 5 to 10 units. This would give you financial freedom to do whatever you want and the time to do it. Great show!

Similar to Millennial Money, Robert asks the questions the audience wants to hear the answers too!
