Ruffdog113Amazing podcast!Whether you are an athlete or not, the show will be super helpful for you! Aaron does an amazing job breaking down fundamental movements that can help with rehabilitating injuries, or preventing them in the first place. I can’t recommend this podcast highly enough!
-
Jay ThooftThe tight hamstrings episode really helped me!This really hit home for me as someone who has consistently struggled with tight hamstrings. Thank you!

spivey99Best Podcast EverDr. Horschig is awesome and will teach you so much about your own body. I am now dealing with all of my aches and pains I was ignoring and I haven’t had to pay a single doctor’s bill!
-
AER0217Athletic Trainer, not TrainerGreat content! Knocked a star down because you say the word “trainer” when referring to athletic trainer. Let’s build up these two professions together and it starts simply with using the correct terminology! Call out your guests too when they use it!
-
AbbsmamaAmazing contentThere is so much information packed into each podcast I often find myself listening more than once so I can absorb as much content as possible.
-
Slav5A podcast with a purposeI’ve learned so much from these podcasts. The content is presented in a way that makes it memorable. Any chance you could do an episode on using the Belt Squat machine and your pros and cons?
-
gator423Amazing, informative contentAs a physical therapist and recreational cross fitter and Olympic lifter this has has to be some of the most valuable content I’ve come across. What I find extremely helpful is the way you make information simple and easy to consume. This has really helped with the patient education side for me when I’m providing service

-
Hdkdkjeoshevjwk138363Good good.Super good podcast. Learn a ton. The info is well researched, simple yet nuanced. Super good balance of meathead and nerd. The intro is so incongruent to the podcast.
-
katylou0617Amazing Info!Love the content on the podcast and Instagram! You have changed the way I train myself and my clients!

-
BenosaurusrexxEye openingI’ve been struggling with mobility issues and pain around certain joints for years and no book or podcast has come close to Squat University when it comes to helping me understand the problems I’m facing and what I should be doing to correct them. Every time I listen I have a lightbulb moment along the lines of “ohhh, so that’s why x hurts when I do y. I need to do more of z!”
-
JceccarelliGreat, relevant contentThis podcast is my go-to for content when trying to improve my abilities as a coach and athlete. Most physiological questions that surround the functional fitness have been addressed and offer great, realistic solutions. The Instagram page is as great a resource, and explores all of the same ideas. Dr. Horschig has great guests but also gives a good show solo.
-
hiop10ThanksVery informative PODCAST man 👍🏻
-
JanaBormannThank you! This was a great podcast and the information was very helpful! Looking forward to more.
-
Joe C keyAwesome lessons to improve!!I have been doing CrossFit for about two years and am always trying to improve and get better. After hitting that training “plateau” I’ve come to realize that I have been ignoring mobility and understanding why this is so important. I followed Squat University on Instagram to find that it is not just great info, it is educating me on how to improve mobility which in turn is improving technique. Dr. Horschig has brought new life to my training and his material is awesome. Thank you for sharing!!!!! I wish I had a Dr like you locally to consult with!
-
Elias McDonaldSo much helpful knowledge! One of the best if not the best online resource I have found! Dr Aaron constantly drops such amazing knowledge and such a good guy and offers it all for free which is way to kind i feel like!!
-
TimmyC29SO. MUCH. VALUE.Dr. Aaron truly cares about people and does not spend podcast time running ads or trying to get people to buy things. He provides so much value it is insane. People pay thousands of dollars to hear lessons like these from universities, lectures, conventions, etc. and Dr. Aaron is giving it away for free! I DM’d him awhile back with a video of my squat (along with some questions about my squat) and within a few hours he replied and gave me some tips and fixes! I recommend him to everyone because he adds so much value to the world!
-
CurlsintheSquatRackLucid contentGreat podcast, but be warned if you fall asleep to podcasts as it opens and starts with a loud bell. Has scared me awake more than once.
-
MadnatiLook forward to it every SundayI absolutely love this podcast! As someone who loves the understanding of healthy movement patterns and life long overall fitness and health, this podcast gives me so many new insights and information. Dr Horschig is knowledgeable, entertaining and a great podcaster and interviewer! I personally benefited so much from his interview with Dr. Mcgill and will be implementing the “Big 3” in my own training from now own. Thank you for the amazing information you’ve been putting out!
-
ccchrispppGenuine ContentThis guy works with so many other well known docs and includes a variety of solutions to help us achieve better positions and mor efficient training. Small changes make huge improvements!!
-
$$$ ContentGreat QualityDr. Horshig puts out nothing but quality content every day. As a physical therapy student myself, he takes difficult concepts that I personally learn in class and makes the content easily to understand that I can apply to myself and patients alike.
-
Alice BeckGreat infoAwesome podcast
-
ifly0404Great ContentThe Dr isn’t married to any one method of improving the bodies mechanics. It’s a refreshing change of pace in the world of movement, mobility, and stability. Pairing the podcast with his IG for visual examples of tests and corrections is perfect.
-
smithjacobsGreat strength related podHelped me take my lifts to the next level
-
RwB52525252Great informationI’m merely a novice lifter and find some of the information over my head but still get a lot of useful info out of it.
-
carlo1775This is so worth your timeIf you care about the way you move and have even a little interest in why give this a listen
-
Eli in AtlantaA+Great podcast! Concise and informative. I’ve been dealing with knee and lower back pain for over a year, but I couldn’t figure out why. Who knew the answer was in a couple of podcast? Thank you!
-
Jon DigitalYou owe it to your body to give this a listen.Followed Dr. Horschig on IG, love his content there, but wasn’t expecting to get much out of a podcast. I was totally wrong, he does a great job of explaining material without making it feel like visuals are missing, and his interviews with other doctors and athletes have been incredibly helpful. His interview with Kelly Branton was among the most instructive conversations around squat mechanics that I’ve heard this year.
-
Cuban2461Love the contentAs a military physical therapist, this is an excellent learning resource for my staff and I as clinicians, but also recommend to my patients to reinforce the education we provide in the clinic. Highly recommend.
-
NigelMsipaGreat PodcastShort and to the point but packed with tons of value!
-
LadyPippenExcellent content!Excellent content with cleaning up misconceptions, providing context surrounding the squat as a movement and how to improve the movement for your anatomy.

Halo3MastaGood Straight Forward ContentAaron’s podcasts are the perfect mix of length and content. They don’t drag on so they are easy to listen to, and he gives great advice that’s applicable. I definitely recommend this to anyone who status active in a gym.
-
JGReds07Really cares and knowledgeableThey are short podcast but he strives to convey the essentials! Explains things in an a way can easily understand and very pack full of info! Keep them coming
-
Fitcop2290Perfect Content for Physical and Mental PreparednessI wish I would have found this podcast when it first started. The material covered during these talks is so on point with protecting your body while lifting to the full potential of your individual ability and technique. I HIGHLY recommend listening to this podcast for extra support, mentally, while training for your next lift or just training for life. Good job Dr. Aaron Horschig and Squat U!
-
wellreadfoxInformative, easy to follow. Love it!So happy I started listening to the podcast. I can picture the movements as he talks about them very clearly, and the way he describes everything is easy to follow. Very informative and well researched; love how science based it is. Will be recommending to my trainer and fellow lifters!
-
Mama2499Really? For FREE??This guy has some golden content that he just hands out to us like candy. This info gets delivered by some magical osmosis, whereby if you listen, watch, and mirror his actions, the information is cemented into your being. Best takeaway is that our egos don’t understand movement, and we need to think and act above and beyond our (bar weight) egos. But seriously, go check out his YouTube channel as well, to agin full appreciation of his peanut butter fed vmo.
-
eli_mari_fitExcellent and scientifically based!Excellent and scientifically based content. This is the real stuff everybody in weightlifting and other sports should be learning about. English is not my first language, but Dr. Horschig is easy to understand and so professional. I’ve learned so much in only a few weeks!
