    This is amazing!
Can’t believe I’ve listened as long as I have. Somehow I’m hooked. Loved Ted Lasso and your discussion. Have also been watching various reactions on YouTube. I also prefer choc milk over alcohol! Thought I was the only one.

    Almost perfect
If it weren’t for Boss I’d be giving 5 stars - the laugh alone has me turning it off

    Excellent discussion and conversation
I could not love this show anymore. The content is superb, the conversations are both hilarious and enlightening, and the rapport between the hosts is beautiful.

    Phenomenal and Fun Conversations
I found this podcast after I had already watched all three Ted Lasso season three times and wanted more Ted Lasso. I love these three people and think they have some great thoughts and I love their banter. The only thing really sad for me is that I have finished binge listening to all the episodes and am current and need to wait for the next episode. This podcast has put almost all of the other podcasts (seven) on hold because I can’t get enough of the discussion and these three plus the guests. Maybe I should become a Buttercup to continue the discussion even more! Overall, it is a great podcast that has some interesting thoughts and discussions and I highly recommend listening to every episode.

    Begrudgingly Still Listening
I really liked this podcast until season 3. I loved the analysis and the super deep dive/obsessive nature of the podcast. But now they’ve started talking even MORE about themselves, and boss has become insufferable for me. The arrogance! And the coaches back her up and act like she is a singular genius…maybe because they haven’t spent a lot of time around brash opinionated women? Idk. She acts like her POV is the only valid POV from a mental health/healthy relationship/friendship standpoint. I agree with her take on Nate but otherwise I think she’s way off base/personalizing things and acting like it’s just because she’s more evolved. I’ll keep listening though because I’m a masochist. And I actually do like coach and coach more than I dislike boss. Which is hard for me to say due to also being a brash opinionated woman who loves to hate things.

Like hanging out with friends talking about Ted
I love this podcast so much! I’ve neglected my other podcasts in order to binge this one. If you don’t like it when podcasts veer off topic, this isn’t the Ted Lasso podcast for you, but I could listen to Coach, Coach, and Boss talk about paint drying and be totally entertained.

I wish “Boss” liked the show more.
In the theme song of the show, the singer literally says “we love Ted Lasso” And it seems like they loved the first season, but then any commentary afterwards was just negative. Especially coming from boss. It was hard to list listen to because people only seek out this podcast because they’re FANS of the show. Like if you hate the show so much, why keep making a podcast about it? I feel like it would’ve been more enjoyable, with just the two coaches as they gave genuine perspective that was mostly positive. Shout out to coach Orlando for his positivity. 3 stars because it started great, but especially due to Bosses constant outward hatred It just became hard to listen to.

They just skipped the end of season 2!!!
Season one of his podcast was excellent. The hosts seem to love the show as much as everyone else, and really deep dived into each character and each episode, some people hate long episodes, but it was great Content, so I loved it. Season two of the show seems to center around them complaining about how it wasn’t as good as season one, which was really disappointing, (especially since their season two wasn’t anywhere near as good as their season one either). There was a lot of criticism, because Rebecca dared to wanna find love again, and a lot of missing the point with Ted’s mental health issues. Then they struck the nail in the coffin by just not doing the entire end of season two. And to make things worse they quit at the beards night out episode!!!!!! What gives?!?!!!! Haven’t listen to season three cause I’m mad.

Great show what’s up with missing episodes
I really enjoyed this show but they stopped doing episodes in season 2 with about 4 episodes left. Then started season 3 without mentioning why the last episodes of season 2 are not published or missing. Listed to season 3 episode 1 parts one and two hopping to find out why not a word. Listens to the season 3 episode 2 past 1 first ten mins and again not a word. I don’t understand. They have great analysis of the episodes but for whatever reason just no word of season two and the last few episodes. For being a comphrensive show on Ted Lasso and missing those episodes as well as what it looks like a scrambled season 3 I’m just so frustrated by this show.

    Starts great, becomes unbearably judgmental
If you care at all or sympathize an iota with Nate’s journey from bullied, to bully, to redeemed, skip this podcast. It starts out great, in the spirit of curiosity over judgment, but at some point, there’s only curiosity and compassion for the bully athletes turned good guys and nothing but disdain for Nate. After a while, the “ugh”, “I can’t even”, “bored now”, and cheap, uninformed shots about him being an incel made it hard, then impossible, to listen to. I spent dozens of pleasurable hours with them, so obivously it’s worth four stars, and I tried to hang with the unbridled disdain for the character I got the most out of, and then had to bail. This may have something to do with two of the hosts being jocks and me being someone who was bullied by jocks and related to Nate’s journey, but even allowing for that, the unwillingess to accept any validity to a central storyline moved it beyond simple taste or their professional views.

Too much jumping around and personal stories
This would be so much better if you weren’t constantly veering off to a completely different topic from your own life vs sticking with Ted Lasso. You make it impossible to follow what your conversation about the show which is enjoyable if you finish your opinion.

    Fan club fawn club
I’m not sure if Coach Bishop has never spent much time around forthright women, but he seems to think Boss is the most outrageous, witty,& hilariously wild woman he’s ever met in his life. Uhhhh okaaaay. The way both the men sycophantically fawn over Boss gives cringe. But nobody has a higher opinion of her than herself. Wow

    Thank You
I came to this show for further analysis into my favorite television show, and stayed for the hosts. Sometimes, I find myself feverishly nodding along with their opinions; sometimes I find myself (out loud) disagreeing. Either way, I stay and, continue to crave more. I truly appreciate all three hosts’ understanding of “art” in its various forms. I admire both their realistic AND optimistic outlook on humanity - two things which are all too often regarded as mutually exclusive. Thank you Coach, Coach and Boss 😊

    Found my people!
I love this show and these deep dives!! This show has made such an impact on my life, and before I found this podcast I calling my brother to deep dive for 2 hours each episode. We still do that- but now have added your voices and insights as well. Just a note about how special this show is to us, our dad was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer and at the end, honestly he was terrified of dying. To the point that he was having nightmares- so we sat with him in those final days re-watching Lasso with him. The sweet humor and kindness helped to cure the nightmares. I’m sure the writers never imagined that they would create something that had so much love that it could ease the heart and mind of a 78 year old man and his kids as they were living through one of the hardest times in their lives. It’s a truly special show- and I love that we can all share it as a community and want to thank you for the time you all spend on this podcast to continue to foster that community.

    So obnoxious and negative.
Not sure why this “Boss” person even is reviewing a show she hates so much. Not to mention her horrible insertion of her own negative opinions on society.

    Lasso forever
I love the podcast. Just discovered it a couple of weeks ago. I have gone back to listen to several episodes, starting with 7. So good. I am astonished at all the little eggs you point out that I would have never noticed. Dottie is short for Dorothy!!!! Ack! Never occurred to me. Keep up the great work!

    Love the long form... But...
Let me first and foremost I love this in depth take of everything. It's great to listen to during work! I think one thing to take into consideration is if people are listening to one episode we've probably listened to most of them. We've learned a lot about you guys. But much that I loved about Ted Lasso is there isn't alot of talk about what's going on in our everyday world (COVID, Ukraine, politics, etc...) And it gets to be an escape. Sometimes you guys really get into that stuff and it can be a turn off and takes me out of it and I don't want to listen. Just something to think of. Keep up the good work tho. I've enjoyed your analyses.

    Buttercups Forever
I love podcasts. That being said, yours has touched my heart. The three of you and your love of Ted Lasso has provided me with hours of comfort and joy. Your insight into the show is amazing. I love the callbacks, the references, the intentions, and especially the stuff that has nothing to do with Ted Lasso. I love when you go off on a tangent. Although Ted Lasso will end soon, I am confident that you will continue to be a part of my life after the final curtain. Please keep being curious and not judgmental. I will keep listening, as will Shirley from above. Buttercups forever! Glenda

    Energy drainers
I’ve given this podcast multiple listens in the hopes they’d be more positive about the show, but time and time again they are insanely negative and critical about this latest season. It’s almost like they don’t even enjoy watching it and are just “hate watching”. Wish they’d take a page out of Ted Lasso and just give some more energy and positive attitude. They all sound so depressed.

If you ❤️ Ted, you’ll ❤️ this pod!
Love Ted Lasso and love this podcast! These guys go deeeep. All three are super smart, insightful, and hilarious. Great rapport with each other too. Well done, Coach, Coach, and Boss - can’t wait to see what y’all do next!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

    Don’t like the Nate hate
This is a great podcast - witty and insightful. But unfortunately I’m giving it only one star. From the very beginning of the show, my favorite character was Nate. I have loved watching him go from scared and bullied, to confident, and was so disappointed when he turned heel. However I’m really enjoying Nate’s redemption arc, and I feel he is turning into the kind, thoughtful, and introspective person he was always meant to be. The hosts of the show seen to be pretty generous with all the other characters and are willing to give those characters the benefit of the doubt, but not when it comes to Nate. In fact, they seem to not care about his redemption at all, and to them he can do nothing right - ever. I wanted to really like this podcast, but the fact that the hosts insist on using Nate as their emotional punching bag - well it just takes all the enjoyment out of it for me.

    Terrific Trio
I only recently found the podcast and love listening to the Coaches and Boss. Their perspectives are so genuine and deep dives leave no stone unturned. I still BELIEVE we will see a great conclusion to Ted Lasso and glad to be on this ride with this trio.

Came the deep dive, stayed for the tangents
This show is everything I didn’t know I needed. Also please tell us more about having a blood guy.

    Coach Castletown Podcast alone 🙏🏽🙏🏽
I enjoy Coach Castleton’s insights and how he relates back to his own personal experience with show. He is a relatable guy. However, he is constantly interrupted by the other coach who doesn’t give Castleton's points time to breathe, he’s already interjecting his own story, as if to top what has been shared. He is “Rudy” the hero, the victim of every story Bishop shares. His coaching stories where he’s shouting at kids gives cringe! Also that cackle sends shivers! Can her mic get dialed down or sit across the room from the mic. Her schtick of I’m as gross, and tough as a dude is played out! I’d listen to coach alone and wish he would pod alone.

I wish I liked it more
The hosts for the most part are pleasant enough, and as someone who listens to podcasts at work I love long run times. The issue is they seem far more interested in talking about themselves than the actual show. I don’t mind an anecdote from time to time, but the ratio is waaaaay off here. For every 3 hrs of the podcast, maybe 45 mins is dedicated to the show, the rest are filled with personal stories about the hosts. That might be fun for their friends, but I came here for Ted Lasso. 3 stars though because when they do discuss the show, it’s good!
  • 1406Ironman
Was hoping this would be better
They tell too many story’s that don’t necessarily pertain to the show .

Don’t you dare settle for fine.
The best thing I can say about this show is that it feels like the best conversation about a shared love. It’s finding your fandom people. It feels like making friends. I deeply want to be friends with Coach, Coach, and Boss because I want to have conversations this deep, this thoughtful, this kind, and this funny about everything, but since I’m not a parasocial creeper I will settle for listening to them wax poetic about one of my favorite shows. Cheers all. Th am you for making a wonderful thing simple for love of the game.

    Brilliant
I love this podcast and am quite fond on the hosts. They are warm, thoughtful and aware people, who are clearly very circumspect about what they put out into the world (similar to our favorite football coach!). They also educate their audience on specific writing decisions within the show, which is fascinating. It’s much more than a recap podcast, and well worth your time!

    Mucho, mucho joy
The deepest dive of Ted Lasso you’ll hear. I love listening to their takes and discussions as I anxiously await the airing of each new Ted Lasso episode. The hosts point out some great connections to previous episodes and to other shows and movies. Keep ‘em coming! We appreciate ya’ll!

    Love!
This is a great podcast! I love Ted Lasso and the in depth is amazing. But most of all I love the hosts and how they relate their own personal stories. I’ve learned so much from this podcast to make this show so much better and I appreciate the amazing writers of the show! Amazing! Thanks for your hard work!
  • Llopovlkijjjcp
    A little long
Generally introspective and intelligent but tends to stray very far away from the show to their own stories. The joke on Season 3, episode 3 regarding where is Zava, somewhere in Virginia is because of the name of the team - Richmond.

Five Marmalade Sandwiches (On a Scale of Zero to Five Marmalade Sandwiches)
Love your in-depth discussions and thoughts on our precious, delightful Ted Lasso! Thank you for caring about it so much. Also, accountants rock, and the capital of Virginia is Richmond (which is why Ted was hoping Zava wouldn’t have gone there instead). Keep up the great work!

    Can’t get enough
The hosts are witty, smart, and true Ted Lasso fans, just like me! Ted Lasso is life! If you believe that, go on the deep dive episodes in the incredibly capable hands of these hosts.
