The wisest and best dharma teachers!!
You won’t regret listening to these talks by some of the best Buddhist insight practitioners and instructors in the world. You can listen to many different teachers and decide which ones speak to you ( or not). Highly recommend. Also: they need our support to keep their centers going and to make a living themselves. Thank you!! 🙏🏼

    Changed my life
This community is full of well educated, wise people who care about the craft of an hour talk, a dharma talk, a lecture, a sermon. They often include humor, quotes, poems, and their life experiences. I was an occasional meditator prior to this podcast. Since, discovering the plethora of material here I’ve gone on retreats and my practice has deepened and grown in incredible ways. I personally found a spiritual home in this community which I view as grounded, sensible, inclusive smart and wise. It’s a total refuge in a wild world. Regularly listening to this podcast has been an ongoing educations. I would suggest people try and find specific teachers whose voice and approach works for them. Not every lecture/teacher is going to work for everyone but there are a lot of great ones featured here.

    Very inspiring
Thank you all for your wonderful and inspiring talks. You all have been very helpful. If possible I would greatly appreciate a talk on how one can experience a deep loving relationship without it leading to clinging or grasping which seems to be the cause of so much suffering. Great teachers. Great talks but not enough. I love this app. It has helped me very much. Please include a talk on "How to handle unbearable grief after losing something or someone you love." I lost my beautiful sweet dog Annie after 14 years, 2 weeks ago and I cry everyday. We shared a love that I will miss the rest of my life. I can't let her go. All your talks are great. I listen to all of them. Please could you add some just on grief and loss which is one of the most painful experiences in life and what one can do to get past the grief and how one can meditate during times of unbearable grief and loss. Thank you. I am very grateful for all of you who give these wonderful talks. Thank you so much. .I would appreciate it greatly if you could include talks about what one could do to feel self love. I really think that most people don't feel self love. It seems like things that happen in the world are always telling us we are not good enough or lovable and so we look outside ourselves for happiness. Thank you, I still listen to your great talks everyday. I have learned so much. PLEASE more talks on aging and loss and how to live with loss and the grief that follows. Maybe there is a guided meditation for loss and grief that could help? Thank you so much!

    "Balm for the Soul"
I just wanted to second the other reviewer a few posts down from me; though I've slowly made my foray into the Dhamma since junior year of high school — these past two years, age 20 and 21, have been years of massive waves of confusion, loss and grief, and self-judgement. I am so glad for having found the Dharma early in my life, and for a reliable source of the teachings from organizations like DharmaSeed. It would not be overdramatic to say that they have saved my life. The Dharma is, truly, my excellent refuge.

    Comforting
These are a balm to my soul as I go through the most painful year of my life. The political podcasts are less useful, mostly because I don't feel like I learn as much from them; I just feel like they are preaching to the choir. But the ones about the practice are wonderfully helpful.
